To long to tell whole story but main points...
My mother -in -law was admitted to the ER tonight 7pm due to heart problems. And it was and is the worst experience we have had.
1. They tried giving her medicine she CANNOT TAKE.
2. Just 4 days before she had surgery dealing with cancer. So had a drain tube and prescription meds. They were not taking care of the tube or incision or pain. They would only give her Tylenol.
3. She is elderly and needs help due to mobility issues and nurses just argued with the family member and then moved her to a room that didn't even have a chair and so they said the family member couldn't even go with her and made the family member leave and said they could not come back until at least 8am so we do not know if she will make it through the night.
Such a horrible situation. Very unacceptable.

If I could give this surgery center a zero, I would. They have OSHA violations that the nurse drawing blood from my mom should have been aware of. Unfortunately, she was not up-to-date on those regulations. Surgery Director told "stories" to our Doctor that he wanted to take action on. The problem originated from that bad draw. I thought it was resolved, Surgery Director told us that it was a matter of money/patients. Fine, done? Refused to cancel surgery at my request. After 1 procedure at this "one-day" surgery center, I would recommend other UC Health facilities.

It has definitely been a while since I have checked myself into a ER. Everyone was very nice, they all had mask on and giving my information was very easy I waited for less than 10 minutes before I was taken back. Every RN, attendant and doctor were very nice tentative and checked in often. All of my information was given to me by word of mouth but then also printed out with all of my data from my test. With a few follow-up appointments hopefully we can figure out what caused my trip to the ER.

I had a umbilical hernia repair along with a lapchole(gallbladder excision) two weeks ago. Not only did I have an amazing experience with the surgeon Dr. Ogren but I had a great experience with his whole O.R team. The anthestesiologist Dr. Huff was incredible and not only made surgery and recovery more comfortable for me ( I get sick post surgery and he took the time to make sure I had the right meds to make healing easier) but he took serious consideration of my PTSD and anxiety and made me very comfortable. I wouldn't want any other team!!

Everything about this surgery center is great other than the pre procedure services. They will send messages through the app saying to call. They rarely answer, the few times someone answers there’s never a nurse available to complete the call. I’ve even been hung up on! Leaving a voicemail does nothing. They reiterate through app that it’s required but you can’t even reply to their messages on the app telling them you can’t get in contact with them. It’s easier get in contact with someone at PVH or Greeley in my experience.

I suffered a gunshot wound to me leg and was taken here. My experience was very positive from my all three of my nurses, my doctor and everyone else. Even the food was top notch. My room was quit and private and extremely comfortable. One of the best hospital experiences I have had.
