This place is an absolute nightmare to work with. I left my home 2 hours(i live an hour away) to be able to get to my appt on time. I was only a few minutes late due to traffic outside of Northglenn, and I was told to reschedule once at the front desk. I was told the Dr. would contact ME for rescheduling. I waited almost 2 weeks for said call. So I called and was told BY THE SAME LADY that they don't make outbound calls and that I should schedule Nov 1. They couldn't put me on a priority list and it was first come first serve.
Note, I had to wait 3 months for that first appointment, so now I'm going to have to wait a total of 6 months /just/ for a consultation.

The women at the front desk clearly hate their jobs, and are constantly texting on their phones and ignoring work calls. The second they know you're on medicaid, their personalities completely flip. The whole campus is an absolute nightmare to maneuver. I've been told more lies than truths so far. Just like everywhere else, they super understaffed and burnt out.

I am a female whom happens to be trans, I had Rhinoplasty with Dr. Kaoutzanis, and his communication skills are horrible. Met with him in 2023, I listened to his suggestions for FFS, and agreed with his evaluation but we had not for the rhinoplasty confirmed any specific shape other general things like remove hump and nose could be a little straighter. A year later 2024, when thought would be discussing nose shape with him a month before surgery, he wasn’t there, on vacation and nurse wanted me to sign off on surgeries that were 100% what we talked about a year ago. After agreeing to an in person meeting, instead I got a phone call and he made insults to me being in medicade and not being wealthy enough to just wait and wait, when brought up I had time now and in the near future, but had no idea past a point were I’d be or what insurance I would have in a year or two. Despite my date being confirmed o was told date was rock solid, but then it got moved despite being told I had a choice when said no, was told I had really no choice. While Sr. K got me a potential date within time still had medicade I wasn’t “for Sure” as date that wasn’t supposed to change, which seeened like a ray of sunshine. Sent photos of idea of nose would prefer but heard nothing back. Near surgery reached out and was told by assistant Hope he was reviewing images, making a plan and would let me know. Day of surgery after already more then 2 hours delay I woke up and didn’t even recognize him till told me whom he was, that’s how little face to face had with him from our initial meeting over a year ago. Told me nose I’d aske for would not work and replicating it any way would be bad. Listen to his suggestions, added to comments and thought we were on same page with alternate nose plan, not wanting to cancel or lose surgery since waited a year. Upon final almost four hours after scheduled time went to go back expressed concern to his team that I wasn’t sure noseplan was right and was told by one of his team, “ don’t worry we’ll give you a good sister nose” then put me under without getting doctor before doing surgery. Waking up I hoped for best but when got splint off nose shape even with swelling was a nose shape I told him in 2023 did not want, and yet he did. Despite being told by Hope he and we might need to do a revision, when met after 6 we check up, which wasn’t originally with him, but a colleague, whom then moved it causes had a more important case despite being told she would handle it, was told by Kaoutzanis in person I don’t do revisions. He also claimed we talked several times about nose shape, but, we only did this in general a year ago and then day of surgery, other phone calls were about a lack of clarity to what was and was not supposed to be done. Furthermore after this he proceeded to pull up pictures of nose he said would not do the day of surgery and then went into details about how he made compromises we never discussed or agreeed to. And if what he showed after the fact was his plan, I’d never have agreed to because in 2023 the shape would have been a shape that I did not want. I tired to argue and inquire to a fix, but he said he didn’t feel no matter what we’d ever be on the same page and that he didn’t want to do other surgery, terminating is working together. An examination of the healing of nose never happened, and despite reaching out to get care and make sure nose is healing properly the only response is, “we’re working on it,” but have gotten no help a month later. I’m in pain and there is constant irritating pressure, smiling physically hurts, reaching out to another plastic surgeon a friend used, I’m far sided, and he told me need to get nose examined, make sure healed enough before wearing glasses or weight a pressure could damage nose. When call I’m told a nurse will call back and none do. While thankfully the nose isn’t a horrible shape, it wasn’t what I wanted, and now to go through the pain and not having enough money to go to a private practice is depressing. I would not recommend Dr. K, or his team.

Dr Egan is without a doubt a breath of fresh air in the medical field. She’s not only incredibly wise and well educated, but for me most importantly Dr Egan went above and beyond to assist my mother. Her demeanor and bedside manner is incredibly compassionate, ethical, kind, and gentle with her patients. My mom was lucky to be in Dr. Egan’s care and we could not have asked for a better team or surgeon.

The staff was awesome, unfortunately the parking for the facility is horrible, and complete chaos. I almost missed my appointment as a result and I arrived 45 minutes early. It takes months to get to the next appointment for my procedure.
