I saw Dr .Macbeth today for knee pain . The office is obviously well run and everyone from front desk staff to the back of the house were professional . Dr. Macbeth addressed my issues with kindness and expertise . Thankfully after and an X - Ray it was decided to do a cortisone shot and my knee feels great .

The doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable.
I have too say we waited for 1.5 hours , then waited again inside with an elderly person from the nursing home in a wheel chair ....

I'm sorry I have no words to describe the front office ...additute and performance.
Rude and no humbleness that required for this patient... Eldery in alot of pain ,especially from a nursing home .
Everyone else went in before us , I think they need to redirect management ..and priorities...
I wonder if the doctors know how they treat there patients..

This is the absolute worst Dr's office ever.
I broke my wrist on Thursday afternoon. I went to Fannin County hospital only because the injury happened right across the street.
Long story short since I live in Blairsville I chose come to Union Co. Ortho. I called and spoke with a lady named Chrystal on Friday. She told me that Dr. Stirton was on vacation all this week.the other Dr. Dr.D. Was in Canada but would be back on Monday as he had surgeries. She assured me she would call and keep up with my x-rays to show this Dr.D
Monday came and went so we were assured someone would call on Tuesday morning.
No calls so we called .We were told she was with a patient and would call back shortly.it is
Now 4:15 and no call. What does a person have to do to get help. I have a fractured bone.
My dogs Vet has more respect for her that this Dr.'s office does for patients.
Be ware. I called Erlanger Ortho and explained how this office had treated me. They made me an appt. at 9AM Wed. Morning.
I am totally shocked. Big fancy offices mean nothing.

I had a 940am appointment this morning. I sat in the waiting room for half an hour before my name was called, without a simple apology such as, “sorry we’ve been running late today.” I then waited in an exam room for almost an hour, again without a simple apology. When did delays become so commonplace in medical practices that basic civility is abandoned? I should be clear, I understand that there are delays and back ups. That’s not my issue. It would be nice for someone to at least acknowledge that my time is important.
That said, Dr. Stirton and Dave, the physicians assistant, were both extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

My care from Dr Stilton, Brian & their new fellow was great! I felt listened to and treated well. My knee this morning feels so good.! The wait time was long but we’ll worth it. I am a new grateful patient.

I wanted to do an updated review after having major surgery. Two years ago, at the age of 44 I was seen in Dr. Stirton’s office where he explained that I needed a left knee replacement. The plan was he was going to buy me as much time as possible with non-surgical techniques and I would know when it was time for a knee replacement. For the next two years just as he said, when my knee bothered me, his office was quick to respond and get me the next available appointment and his PA Brian Hass could evaluate what would be the best option for me. To say they are a friendly office is an understatement, I never have walked in the door, and am not greeted by my first name. Their office from the front staff to the back has made it a priority to build a relationship with me as their patient. This office is knowledgeable and well manage and it shows. Dr. Stirton was correct when he stated I was the one that would know when it was time, I knew it was time for the surgery and called the office and scheduled it. As a mother of 4 the youngest being 2, being a personal trainer and gym owner, going to school for nursing, working full time as a med surge tech, it is fair to say my lifestyle is active and my livelihood depends on it. Prior to my pre op I had anxiety of what the future would hold. How long would I be out of work? Could I resume an active lifestyle? Dr. Stirton came in, and he already knew these were my concerns. He simply reminded me I needed to trust the process. He was up front about what to expect about the recovery and it would be painful, he does not sugar coat the pain nor the recovery. Day of the surgery I am 100% sure he came in, but it is what his P.A. Brian Hass said that I remembered when I woke up and remains true. As Brian walked out of the room, he said, “We got you.” They have and they continue. When I woke up and walked the first time, I knew my decision was the best one. I had a stable knee for the first time in a long time. I was off the walker and walking on my own in 2 weeks. The pain was not as bad as I anticipated. My care and follow ups have been great. I was walking over a mile by 4 weeks and calling the office begging for a release. At 6 weeks I was released to work without restrictions. My shifts are 12-16 hours and require 12-15k steps, I put in 68 hours my first week back and had no problems with my knee. Now that I see what I will be able to do and how my knee was holding me back, I wish I would have down this sooner. One more thing I must mention, my scar is BEAUTIFUL!!!! Go online and look at some of these knee scars and look at the scars that come out of this office. They are not the same. Thank you Dr. Stirton and Brian Hass for giving me my life back and thank you for having a jam up office staff. I hope I am not back anytime soon but will refer.

The staff is friendly and makes the process seamless. Dr. Doroodchi is knowledgeable and explains everything in detail. He has a wonderful bedside manner..kind, respectful and ensures the patient's modesty.
