Really disappointed with Dr. Harris and his nurse (Pierce). Just this whole establishment has gone downhill since 2022. First, everyone in this office has the worst attitude. I guess it's not a good environment for them because they are not friendly and don't show any emotion at all.

You would think that an obgyn would have sympathy or empathy but they don't. I feel like my concerns with Dr. Harris goes in one ear and out the other and he will just sit there looking at me like he would rather be somewhere else.

I called and left a message with his Nurse and she never called me back. This was concerning an ultrasound I had done. It's just a game of phone tag with these people. So, if you want a crappy, emotionless OBGYN to go to and never have your calls returned then by all means this would be the perfect one.

If you are pregnant I definitely recommend using Dr.Mercer she is amazing at what she does! I’ve used her for multiple pregnancies and births, each time was a wonderful experience. You can tell she cares about her patients and is passionate about her job! ❤️❤️❤️

Update!!:At 30 weeks baby has major defects and in 2%(severely behind growth) all of which wouldn’t be nearly as big of an issue if it was caught at a reasonable time(this is normally caught around 20 weeks)

I went here when I found out I was pregnant and I was hesitant at first bc it took two weeks to get a call back for an appointment then another two months until the actual visit. I ended up moving back home so I try to get my records sent over (I’m high risk and deliver in less than two months). I went and signed papers then decided to use a different dr so I had to drive 2 and a half hours to sign the papers again… that was over a month ago with still nothing. My new dr requested my records two weeks ago and still nothing. I decide to call and I get transferred three times and sent to voice mail. My dr is appalled that this is taking so long and that its this difficult even tho they legally have 30 days to send upon request

I saw almost all the doctors at this practice and here’s my take. Dr. Davis is SO caring - he ALWAYS remembered my husband’s name (even though he never met him) as well as my son’s. Davis is very calm and personable. Dr. Mercer is very sweet and thorough (I only had two visits with her, but she is the one who decided it would be best to move forward with an induction due to my hypertension becoming unmanageable). Dr. Denton is also very thorough and clearly has her patients best interest at heart. Dr. Harris was my favorite out of all of them. He actually delivered my son and I have had all my follow ups with him. Harris is very calm, cool, and collected. He explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable in a not so comfortable situation (long induction process).
I didn’t have any appts with Denton or Harris during pregnancy and was only cared by them during my hospital stay but they both made such a huge impact on my labor and delivery experience.

When it’s time for my second baby, I will be seeing Dr. Harris and Denton for sure!!

My experience at the awful establishment was horrendous, as they treated patients as if they were fictional characters, disregarding their safety and well-being. The staff completely disregarded patient confidentiality by openly discussing sensitive information, sent to my home, in violation of HIPAA regulations. The women's health unit, now managed by Union general in a new building, was a complete disaster. When I went to get birth control, they injected water from the sink into my arm, endangering my health. It was a terrifying ordeal, and I never returned. I strongly caution against seeking any medical care at this facility, as they are inept and unethical.

Dr. Davis is hands down the best in north Georgia! The most caring doctor, doesn’t rush and is so patient and kind. I can’t say enough good things about him and his nurse Crystal! They treat you like family! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. So thankful for them both!

Five stars for Dr. Davis, because he is simply the best. I went to prenatal appointments to see him almost the entirety of my pregnancy recently. He is very informative, humorous, and patient! I feel like I received the upmost care from him while carrying and delivering my high-risk Daughter. I would definitely recommend Dr. Davis to anyone in the area.

The billing department for Women’s Health led by Karrie is awful. They are rude and aggressive. I have never been asked to prepay for prenatal treatment prior to visiting this facility. I don’t feel it is right to pressure women to sign a contract for an estimated monthly payment for services not rendered yet. I liked my doctor, but their billing department has turned me off and forced me to find a new doctor. Their approach is all wrong and feels extremely unwelcoming. I would advise seeking care elsewhere. Pregnant women shouldn’t be pressured and stressed out prior to treatment. It’s all business and money first, care and comfort later once you sign off what seems like an extremely high monthly payment. They say it’s an estimate and they’ll supply a refund for any overpayments. Really, really odd. I’ve had 2 children and my provider has always billed my insurance in a lump sum at the end leaving me with little to nothing left to pay out of pocket.
