If you want to feel unheard and dismissed by all means, go here. I have had better luck driving to Gainesville and John's Creek to be taken seriously at Northeast Hospital. I asked for a referral for a neurologist for sleep disorders back in March and still haven't had anyone follow up with me. When I talked about my issues with my birth control, they scheduled me for a DNA test for antidepressants. Never in my life have I felt so discouraged and dismissed... That's when I decided I was done with this practice. The sense of urgency and general care is nonexistent at this practice, but they'll happily prescribe you medication you don't need or shared interest in taking. Save yourself the disappointment and travel out of the city of Young Harris/Blairsville/Hiawassee to avoid all affiliates attached to Union General Hospital.

Staff is very nice. Wait times are not very long. In a two hour period, mid-day, on a Wednesday the wait was about 30 minutes after the appointment time for everyone. Not bad. Light in the waitroom is nice.

Chelsea and Dr. Boyle are amazing! My parents were having a medical emergency (out of the blue) and Chelsea scheduled BOTH of them to come in immediately. Everything ended up being fine thanks to them and the Lord. Highly recommended! Great people who understand the human condition!

You Can not get better care and treatment, from all the people that work there. They have always worked with me to schedule my appointments around my needs . Dr. Beth always explains what is going on with me in a way i understand. I feel I have been taken care of when I leave the clinic.

The doctor is great and the people who work there are okay but THIS PLACE IS SOO SLOW, they don't give students the option to make appointments they insist we come on a walk in basis and then make us wait for hours to be attended to!!! College students are busy and for international students who have no where else to go this is very inconvenient!!! I have had an occasion where I waited 3 hours and was told to come back the next day. Today I came at 730 before it was even open and they still took hours to see me. It's despicable. They are busy, yes. But they need a better system because this is peoples health we are dealing with.

Everyone was very prompt and professional during my visit. My health was taken very seriously and I was prescribed medicine that was needed each time that I have visited. I might add that along with being professional they were also friendly and made you feel comfortable being there. That being said you are not only taken care of you feel good about the treatment you received while you were there.

This walk in clinic took us 10 minutes to be seen. Beth, ARNP and Nichole, LPN were outstanding. They explained and educated professionally and prescribed accurately. I was very impressed by their kindness and the way that they put us at ease. Kudos to this small GA clinic. We appreciate you all.
