I don’t think I have ever been treated so nicely by office staff anywhere like I did here. I have a really hard time finding that. The doctor was pretty cool. I kind of had to pull information out of him because he wasn’t giving me a whole lot at all but I think it went well. Just be prepared to ask him questions.

I waited a month for an appointment only to be called a few days before my appointment to say the Dr was going to be out of the office. Where I work off days have to be scheduled and I didn't think he can anticipate being sick days in advance. This is very unprofessional and not a good way to run a practice.

First visit today and it was a long wait to start with. Dr Solomon finally came in, barely talked, didn’t listen to me at all, and proceeded to very roughly clip the nails from my very sore toes with no numbing agent of any kind. I am now at home with very jagged toenails and bleeding toes! I only left 2 stars because the office staff was friendly, otherwise it would be 1 star.

We had an amazing experience. Dr Solomon took care of our autistic daughter better than we could have ever imagined. It's so rare to get such great care from a physician nowadays, but they really went out of their way to make sure that our experience was as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend.

Dr Solomon and his staff are amazing!! They are always so nice and accommodating for me and my Husband.. Dr Solomon helped save my husbands life and I am very grateful to him for all he has done to help us. Thank you for going above and beyond as a Doctor and as a Human Being!!! God Bless you!

One issue I have is the wait time in the treatment room.
After waiting the doctor seemed rushed. I’m diabetic and need a thorough foot exam often and I haven’t gotten that yet here.
Plus there seems to be an issue with my diabetic shoes. I’ve called repeatedly asking for the status of the order and I continually get a different story each time.
This particular location is certainly not somewhere that I would recommend to anyone.

The staff is nice and do their best to help but I'm not impressed at all with Dr. Soloman. He treated my foot, put a moleskin on and said "don't get it wet for 2 days, and come back in 2 weeks". That was the only info he gave me. He never told me what the process was, how to handle any pain, what to expect, etc. I specifically told him I'm on my feet for 10 hrs per day so you would have thought he'd tell me what to expect. Because he didn't, I just thought the current pain wouldn't change. Well I was in for a rude awakening, in terrible pain, had to leave work early and had to go through a hassle calling the office multiple times to get the info I should have received in the first place. Very frustrating. Dr. Soloman was too busy/distracted yacking it up with his workers about social stuff to focus on me, the patient. I have a voice and tenacity to seek help elsewhere but I feel bad for an elderly person or another helpless person who doesn't know how or have the resources to get help elsewhere.
