My first appointment with Upper Line foot and ankle I was 20 minutes late with traffic. The receptionist was so understanding and treated me with patients and understanding.? The Dr.Erman was very knoladgeable and efficient and he was able to get me in the right direction. I have lost all ten toes already so finding him was a miracle. Thanks Upper line I will tell all my friends and clients to come here.

I came to upperline health with pain in my toenail seeking an urgent appointment. The receptionist was amazing, friendly and set me up an appointment right away. The Doctor was also friendly, knowledgeable, took his time and explained to me the entire process. He informed me of preventative care, things to keep an eye out for and other options if the problem persists. It was the best experience i had in a Drs. office. I left with no pain. I had an emergency need to see a podiatrist in Lakeland as I was driving through to Orlando. This was the only location that could see me the same day and I was incredibly lucky that Dr. Erman was such an amazing physician who could treat my issue but also provide me with follow up instructions. I am now driving from Orlando to see him on a regular basis. These guys are the best podiatrist in the whole of Lakeland!

I recommend this medical office where I felt that I was treated very well, Rebecca the nurse is very professional, kind and helped me with everything, from the time I arrived until I left the medical office, I loved Rebecca, she is excellent. Dr. Shayne Erman, very professional and kind, helped me with the reason for my visit to his office.

I highly recommend Dr. Erman at Upperline Health. He was very kind and gentle when treating my nervous daughter and he was respectful towards me as well. When I expressed concerns over the use of an antibiotic he actually asked for my opinion on the matter and did not shame me for it, unlike another Podiatrist in town who was not open to my concerns and talked down to me. I trusted his knowledge and we came to an agreement a treatment plan for my daughter that we both felt comfortable with. I really appreciate a Dr that’s willing to listen to a patient and to sincerely hear them out.
They conveniently have prescriptions on site so you don’t have to go wait at the pharmacy afterwards! Also, a live person answered the phone and I was able to get a same day appointment. The office was new and clean and the staff was very kind.
** Update 5/7/24 - Rebecca who runs the show there is so helpful and knowledgeable! She has been so patient and helpful in navigating an on going insurance issue. Thank you!

Literally in and out in 30 minutes, didnt have to pay till after, doctor let me decide on what to do to my ingrown toenail, and was super polite and cheap! Love this place!

Front desk lady is super nice and so is the doctor. They got my husband in same day for an ingrown toenail removal. We were in and out in less than an hour. Awesome place and highly recommend
