The Dr's are great. But, whatever is happening with their internal is awful. I have waited over a month for a prescription. When calling in 10 days after, I was told it was the pharmacies fault. And, after trying to go back and forth between them, they blamed me because I didn't specify that it needed to be ran past insurance(?) when I called in 10 days after. (Even though my Dr. knew when she sent in the prescription that it would need this approval) Stephanie will talk over you and if you try to get a word in she will tell you to stop talking so that she can continue to rant saying the same things over and over. Long story short. They didn't even send it to insurance until a month after the prescription was issued. If you need actual medication. Do not go here.

My first visit was yesterday and I saw Dr. Fussell. I really liked his demeanor and felt like he was really listening to what I had to say. He seemed to really care whether I lived or died which is 1000% more than what my other primary care provider doc ever did. The front check in staff could have been a little more friendly but they, overall, were fine. The nurse Vicki, who took my temp, BP and all when I was taken back was really great. I'm thinking I'm going to like this office a lot more than my old one.

Hands down salt of the earth people. Best bedside manners from them both, office staff are just as friendly. Also, both are very educated and on top of their game. My husband and I are so impressed with the both of them that we have decided to make this dynamic duo our family’s physicians. We know our six year old little guy is going to love Dr. Corey as much as we do. It’s truly a blessing to have such well educated, friendly drs all under one roof for all our needs. Truly blessed!

Made an appointment with new family physician Dr. Corey Fussell. Was quickly scheduled when convenient for me. Showed up for the appointment and was delighted with how welcomed I felt by receptionist as well as back office staff. The appointment was quick, Dr. Fussell was fantastic--felt like I was his only patient and I know I wasn't. What a great new resource to have in Upson County's medical community! Highly recommended!

Dr. Patricia Hall one of the best M.Ds I have ever had apart from my childhood pediatrician. She is so patient, kind and compassionate even during my hardest visits. She is truly a Child of God and reflects our Savior in so many ways. She is a mentor and example to me in more ways than she knows. I'm thankful for her service at Upson Family Physicians and couldn't ask for anyone better.

I went in to see the doctor, who is very caring and concerned. Unfortunately, I was greeted by one of the nastiest attitudes I've every seen. The curly headed woman on the far right was so unprofessional, it made my skin crawl. At first I thought it was her tone of voice. I soon realized that it was just her. She answered the phone spewing venom to patients. "I quote I can't help you Renee, he needs an appointment." Maybe Renee, didn't have the money. How difficult would it have been to say let me check, I'll call you back. The thing that really killed me was the phony, condescending smirk that she wore. Last time I checked, I was the patient, not saying that I am always right, however people definitely deserved to be treated with respect.
I think you have to be positive as a receptionist. In a job where you may or may not know someones situation, your kindness could be the one thing to help them carry on just a little while longer. Here's the bottom line, I love the doctor Patricia Hall, I hate the front office staff. Sidenote: There is a lady in the front office that seemed really kind. They need 10 of her. I think her name was Rhonda. Also, where are the people of color in here? Where are the black or brown nurses or receptionist in this area?

This place is a complete joke, wasn't in the waiting room long at all, but after my fiance got called back the dr didn't even check him out before telling him he is over weight and that's the problem! My fiance has had severe back pain almost a year now 6-7 months before he even started putting weight on! Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!
