After not seeing a dentist in 5 years, I was very nervous for my appointment. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt at ease! The receptionists were so welcoming and friendly. The waiting room was clean and open. My hygienist, Leah, made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything she was doing. Her kindness, patience, and care during such a vulnerable time truly meant the world to me. Dr. Matt was so informative and caring. I can not say enough good things about my experience, especially coming from someone who was petrified since making the appointment a few months prior. I truly felt valued as a patient. Sara was very friendly, informative as is all the staff there and Dr. Mike is very friendly and kind. He made sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain. Also, I love the fact and I appreciate that it doesn't feel like a sells pitch every time I go into there office for a routine cleaning. I highly recommend this office. Very pleased.

My husband and I have been both been coming regularly for a few years now. We always receive great care from the kind and knowledgeable staff. I’m new to the area and I wanted a doctor to look at a tooth to determine if it needed work so I called asking for an appointment. They worked me in quickly. From the receptionist to the dental assistant to the doctor, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Joe was gentle and caring and provided a full exam. Luckily I didn’t need anything done. I’m happy to have found a good dentist and will become a regular client.

I’m appalled after my appointment with uptown dental. I went in for a teeth cleaning and because I skipped a year I was treated very poorly by the dental hygienist. My mom was with me and noticed she wasn’t following protocol (not using gloves or washing her hands) I wasn’t very impressed but I was extremely disappointed when I got a bill three months later and when I called to ask about it they told me they don’t accept my insurance and because I wasn’t informed about it at my appointment I’m responsible for everything. If you’re anxious about going to the dentist..DO NOT GO TO UPTOWN DENTAL
