I absolutely love this facility. It lives up to the "urgent" in Urgent Care. I never have to wait long. The doctors are quick but very attentive at the same time and are also knowledgeable. Everyone I encountered at Urgent Care Wilmington, from front desk to the PA, was professional, very kind and understanding.
The large waiting room was bright and comfortable, all the staff were helpful with advice on local places, and made an experience of being sick in an unfamiliar place not so frightening. Highly recommend

They took such good care of my daughter on Christmas Eve when the pediatrician’s office had closed for the holidays. The facilities are squeaky clean and the people are extremely friendly and accommodating. They even brought my daughter a popsicle to mask the bad-tasting medicine they gave her. Great experience here during the holidays and every other time we’ve been to Wilmington Island Urgent Care. They take insurance, have qualified medical professionals present during all business hours, and will make sure patients are well taken care of.

Great service! Great people! Fair prices. I came in with and ear infection and sore throat. They had me in and out quickly and everyone was so kind to me! Dr. Taylor was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand every part of my treatment! Will definitely go back if we need any sort of care again.

I went for a sinus infection, and received the best care ever. Facility is in an easy to access location, clean large waiting room, and pleasant receptionist. Dr Tim and staff were very professional and were able to diagnose and prescribe the correct medication to get me back to great health. This was my second visit to this location and WILL NOT be my last. I will definitely use this urgent care for future medical urgent care needs.

I’m very grateful for our Urgent Care on the island. It’s very convenient and I’ve never waited over 10 minutes ever. Today’s visit Tim and Nicki were so helpful and very polite to me. And the place is always immaculately clean.

Our go to spot for all of our family’s small illnesses. Appointments are always quick and easy. The staff is so friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained. They are so sweet to kids and always make sure to make us feel seen and heard. Takes tricare which is a big plus for military families traveling and in the area!
