Chiropractor great. Billing/insurance not so much. I do my research about what is in network. They said they were - next thing i have out of network charges and keep getting billed. Guess i will make sure i do more research....

The Chiropractor himself was great. 5 starts for him. However, the office and billing department is a complete mess.

I specifically asked for pricing for out of pocket, no insurance. I was told $175 for the first visit, and after that it would be $35 per visit. Great. Next thing we know they are charging our bank $260! It declined because I was not prepared for an amount that was not disclosed to me.

I called two times to speak with a manager about the confusion that they created. They said they would be calling me back. Nope, they failed to return my call, and instead they waited for Friday and ran the card again.

I filed an investigation with my bank. I will also be calling the BBB, posting this experience to FB classifieds, and calling a lawyer about false advertising.

I've lived in the Valley my entire life and will be sure to let everyone I know about my experience. I have never been so disrespected and disregarded by a business before.

I have been meaning to leave this review for a while, I’ve been consistently seeing Ryan for about a year at the eagle location for chiropractic care and I have to say he has changed my life. Every time I leave this office I feel immensely better— and it lasts. Since I was a teenager I’ve never gone such large periods of time without pain. I’m so grateful for this location as well as all of VIMG staff who makes scheduling etc so seamless and such a great experience. If you’re looking for a chiro this is it!

I am so grateful for Jarod and Ryan! I am an ultra runner who has had issues with my hip flexors for awhile. The hip flexors flared up in March, 2018 & I sought their help because I was in so much pain. I saw real progress over the 2 months I went to PT/chiro. During that time, my knee also started acting up and I was having a lot of pain walking. Jarod taped my knee, thinking it may be the meniscus. May 5th, about 6 weeks after I started seeing them and 10 days after he taped my knee, I finished a 50 mile race and quickly recovered without any issues in my hips or my knees. Seriously...these guys made my running possible.

Jarod (PT) and Ryan(Chiro) are the best! My son suffered for years with lower leg and foot pain that no specialist figured out, by the time he was 17 even a short walk was causing severe pain...Long story short they discovered what was causing the pain and pointed us in the right direction.. I highly recommend them, they are knowledgeable, kind and attentive and go above and beyond!

I was passing through on i70 this fall when something happened to my back. I was in a ton of pain and decided to stop in Eagle to search for a chiropractor. Dr. Azeltine stopped what he was doing and got me right in. Although I was sore for a few days after...he alleviated the pain that I was in and got me back on the road. Thank you Ryan!!
