Second surgery here and the staff was amazing. For my first surgery last October, the nurses did so great. Katie took great care of me. She was even so kind to braid my hair before surgery so it wouldn’t get crazy.
Yesterday I was there for my second surgery. I was so pleased to see Katie come out to the waiting room to bring me back! Katie was SO amazing once again and got my hair braided before going under. I had to get a picture with her this time around because I’ll never forget her kindness, caring, and amazing braiding. So shout out to Katie for being the best.
All the other nurses were amazing as well! Shout out to Sherry for getting my IV in my non existent veins!
Thank you all for making the surgeries much easier. You all are great, keep it up!

Over the years, I’ve come to this surgical center for three different injuries and each experience has been reassuring and enjoyable. That’s right - having surgical procedures for painful sports-related injuries and paying my medical bills has been enjoyable! So much so, that I’ve traveled out of state to have procedures performed here. And it’s a testament to the staff at the Edwards clinic and Steadman team.

The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. The nursing team is attentive, warm, and skilled. The surgeons are the best in the country.

While I hope I don’t have to come back, I wouldn’t be upset to partner with this team again.

One is attended by so many professionals at Vail Valley Surgical it is really hard to single them all out. Had a colonoscopy and endoscopy a few days ago and it was as good as these procedures can be. From check in to check out one is attended by a very talented and friendly team. Dr Dolan explained everything before and after the procedure and the anesthesiology gent was very thorough and comforting. The procedure was painless and I was fully up and aware 10 minutes after awakening and walking out 10 minutes after that (thank you Ashley). And thank you Meg. Nobody likes medical procedures but Vail Valley Surgical makes it as good as it can be. Thank you.

I wish to thank the doctors, nurses, and other medical professionals and staff who each and collectively made my experience at your facility as easy and successful as it could be.

I would like to give special thanks to Steven, my night nurse. Steven is amazing! He is compassionate, caring, patient and kind. He is the definition of what a nurse should be. I would press my button and he was in my room in a matter of minutes. I never had to wait. He always entered my room with a smile and made sure my pain was always managed. I received extraordinary care at Vail Valley Surgery Center a month ago during my shoulder surgery! EVERYONE from pre-surgery through post-surgery were incredibly kind, professional and at the top of their field. I have never experienced such quality of care in any other medical setting. All of the nurses and surgery center staff took very good care of me. They are very organized and think of everything. I felt very confident in their care. Physical therapist, Phillip, was very helpful at easing my concerns before surgery and helping me start to be mobile after surgery. Thank you!

To begin, there are two distinctly different teams who work at this facility. To begin on a good note, the surgery team is amazing. Super professional and excel within their craft. The administrative/rest of the staff are completely incompetent. They lost multiple peoples reservations, way over priced the procedure (surgery team came out to correct to proper price), failed to communicate to patients at check-in of proper check in procedures, and we’re blatantly rude to patients when they ask basic questions. God bless the surgery team, burn the administration.
