I am a new Patient at the Vein Treatment Clinic of Poway and I changed my previous medical clinic which is in La Jolla which is called I Vein Clinic and I was not happy with their service and lack of communication so I switched to Dr. Baiou and he has been clear to explain the procedure involved and he has person one procedure on my legs and there are two more left which I am sure he will also perform very well

I highly recommend Dr. Baiou and his staff and would refer some of my friends and family for sure to them and I enjoyed their facility cleanliness and organization and they are very generous with their supplies

STAY AWAY!!. I scheduled what was supposed to be a "free" initial consult. After that initial consult they schedule an additional time to go over the treatment(s). They don't give you any pricing in the office for the treatment but they have a third party company that later offers you a payment plan for a very expensive treatment that is "not covered" by your insurance because is not "in-network" I am glad I run from them and seek a second opinion to realize I DID NOT need all the treatments that they said I needed.
But that is not all, I received bill today from them saying that my insurance "sent me a check" that I had to pay them that amount, but what I did not understand is why did they bill my insurance if I did not have any services with them? Now they are claiming the first consultation was not free and for that they are charging my insurance $1,600! and an additional $1,125 for I don't know what since I didn't have any treatment done with them.
Please safe your time and take care of your health by staying away from them!

Everyone at the clinic is extremely nice and welcoming, I felt very comfortable. The clinic itself is very beautiful and most of all clean. I am loving my results and my legs feel amazing !!!

I'm really satisfied with my experience here.  The staff are very professional, the office is new and comforting, there's plenty of parking -- and I didn't have to wait at all, which is rare for a doctor's office these days!
