I had my first visit. Dr McDonald and the staff are friendly. Dr.McDonald made conversation with me. She’s thorough. She has a safety protocol with mask ( I love it!). I can tell I’m going to love it! My previous gyn retired. I’m happy to get someone that asked me questions and did blood work.

I honestly think Dr. McDonald is a great doctor she knows her stuff. I don’t really like her attitude meaning she is a tad aggressive but if you can take a blunt person she is definitely a great choice 💯

I wish I could give no stars!! I went to this office for a check up, I had been having some off discharge. First of all I was told I would not be seen without a mask, I’m fine with that, but then you let a man walk straight to the back with no mask and stand and have multiple conversations with the women in the back, never once asking him to put on a mask. When I finally made it to the back and I say finally because my appointment was at 9:15 I didn’t go back until after 10;30 only to see the doctor for 5 min and her tell me that she was doing cultures. She was very polite and I was like ok, maybe I’ve found my Ob, I left thinking ok it’s probably BC she’ll call in a script, called to get my results because I wasn’t getting anything from MyQuest and was told everything looked good and and nothing was abnormal , I knew everything wasn’t!! Long story short, she never did cultures, they told me I was fine, I wasn’t!!! Then they started back peddling and saying I need to come back in because I only got a well check, well I asked for a complete exam Ma’am and no I’m not going back I don’t trust yall!! I was trying to go Black thinking they cared more about us, clearly I was wrong. This makes me so sad. Please stay far far away from this place!

They turned me away because I didn’t have a mask. Every medical facility that I’ve been to, they have mask to provide. For me to take my time to drive all the way up there and they turn me away because of a mask And NO ONE has an extra one? The office also isn’t a pleasant environment. They have bars on the widows. I don’t recommend this office to anyone.

I was here today and the whole team that attended to me did excellently fine, from the receptionist to the Dr. everything was well explained and I understood very well, I was properly examined and I feel so satisfied. I highly recommend them.

I normally never leave reviews but this time I couldn’t just let it slide. I’m not even going to talk about the 2 previous visits. I’ll keep it short the staff is rude and indifferent, the doctor is money hungry and likes to force unnecessary appointments for copays as well as unnecessary lab work so they can charge your insurance. The wait time is ridiculous to the point it caused me to have an anxiety attack as well as miss time from work. The bathroom had very little toilet tissue and napkins to dry your hands. Just disgusting overall. This was my last visit.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mrs. McDonald when I visited her office as a new patient last week. The office was nice and clean. The staff was very inviting, friendly, and seemed to care about their patients. I was hesitant in going to a new doctor after going to Life Cycle for about 15 years but Mrs. McDonald made me feel at easy. She was very nice, patient, kind, and her demeanor and personality eased my mind. She helped me out so much and she did not have to go the extra mile. I appreciate you so much Mrs. McDonald and look forward to future visits to your office. Thank you so much
