I had an excellent experience at Village Podiatry! From the moment I walked in, Leslie at the front desk greeted me and made the check-in process seamless. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, setting a positive tone for my visit. Dr. Christian Haight was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood my condition and the available treatment options. I typically avoid doctors in general, but I found myself in a situation that I could not tackle by myself. I was instantly welcomed by an amazing staff that is very informative and has made me feel very comfortable in a medical environment. The doctors are very knowledgeable and I love the fact that they have taken the time to explain what is going on. A few treatments (3) have me feeling a million times better with zero discomfort. I would recommend this office to anyone who is on the fence, excellent team, clean facility and overall very welcoming!!

Was very disappointed Dr Haight said I need a 3 month check up. In this visit he talked to me but did not look or touch my foot that I had the problem with even I said I it hurt a few days ago I Did say it could have another pair of shoes. It cost me 40 dollars for nothing. He didn’t even exam the foot. The visit lasted 4 mins.
But I will say the staff was awesome.

I have been a patient of Village for a long time. I must say that this last visit I had has been the best one to date. There was no wait time which was very pleasant as I was really early to my appointment. The staff was really professional and Dr Haight was even better. I was asked to leave a review and I gladly accepted as I was very pleased with my appointment recently. Leslie was quick and professional and Kelly was explaining the process of diabetic shoe ordering. Everyone there is great and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs foot care.

I would like to give a big shoutout to Melanie (front desk) and the team at Village Pod. I brought my mom in. Was our first time. She is not too good with new environments as she has dementia. The team was very good with her and making her feel comfortable. Will be using you guys from now on.

Went by Village Podiatry in Canton today with my sister for an appointment. She was unable to even drive from pain. Upon entry Melanie greeted us and welcomed us to the practice. She made check in a breeze. With almost no wait time, Leslie roomed us and got us ready to see the doctor. Dr. Haight came in and was able to treat her in the office. After she was treated, Kelli came in and fit her with an orthotic for her shoe. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We were in and out before the actual appointment time. I highly recommend this office.

I was having issues being diabetic and needing quality foot care. Not anymore, Dr. Christian Haight is the best hands down. I was greeted and welcomed into the office by the front desk Melanie. She assisted me with checking in. I had no wait time. Kelli came in and explained a program Upperline Plus to me which for regular Medicare patients is so beneficial. Leslie helped me and explained how ordering and being fitted for diabetic shoes worked. The shoe selection was beyond expectations. I now have two different pairs of REALLY NICE shoes that are not the old school strap Velcro ugly shoes but they had brands ranging from New Balance to Brooks. I was treated well from beginning to end. I don't enjoy going to the doctor but after coming here, I felt welcomed and not like a number. I enjoyed this visit and will recommend it to all I know. Thank you Dr. Haight and his whole team in Canton. I will be a permanent patient with this practice. I also didn't get hit with any surprise expenses. So if you are looking for a GREAT Dr and staff to take care of your foot needs. This is most definitely the place to start!
