I hope there is less than 1 star to rate the clinic and the doctor as well. The doctor is not professional because I have been referred twice to treat my son with plantar warts using the spray. They asked us to check in and she said we don’t have the spray. Go to another clinic. On check out they said you are good to go. I received the bill and I have to pay the copay. I called the clinic many times and I explained to them that we were referred twice and I paid 3 bills to treat my son and it’s not my fault that you don’t have the medication. So you shouldn’t charge me because literally you did nothing. The person who I talked with said that the physician said you still have to pay. This is not a professional way to deal with your patients. It’s like you are scamming your patients

Heed the reviews!!! Believe the 1 star rating. This is a horrible doctors office that doesn't stand by their work and has you continue to come in and spend money to get their office visit fees. I have been in multiple times and there were procedures that would have stopped the issue the first time. Then they finally suggested that procedure and it DIDN'T WORK. Now they want me to pay another fee to come in and again and pay over $200 out of pocket for the same procedure that I was told would prevent me from having issues again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Go to a doctor that stands behind his work and does it correctly the first time.

What a bunch of incompetent idiots! I scheduled an appointment with their scheduling office which included giving them all of my personal information and insurance information. I tried to get an appointment at an office near me, but was told by the company scheduler that the closest office that takes my insurance was the St. Joseph's location. I HATE everything to do with that part of town (as any sane Atlantan does), but did not have much choice, so I set the appointment.

Well, I took off work (and I am paid hourly and have no paid leave so missed time at work means no pay), spent almost an hour in Atlanta traffic to get to the office (which has, of course, pay parking) only to be told that they don't take my insurance. I would think they could have told me that when I confirmed my appointment the day before, but no, they aren't that considerate. They tried to get me to drive to another office even further away for an appointment, but why would I do that when obviously their scheduling department has no idea what insurance they take?!

To top it off, the front office person got snippy with me when I tried to give her my paperwork when I arrived and I had not initialed that I agree with their privacy and financial policies. I had not marked those because they had not given me those policies. Pardon me for actually reading what I'm signing.

Total incompetents. Avoid them. If they can't even get insurance info right, I can't imagine how bad they would be with actual medical care.
