The Dallas location was able to get my husband in the same day we call. When we got there we were in and out in about 30 minutes. When we left our minds were at ease about our situation.

This place is extremely unprofessional and do not follow through with their promises. I was seen on a Wednesday for a clearance letter which I was told would be delivered in a day or two. We are now on the fourth day and instead of being respectful and responsible this office is putting me at the end of their priorities. If you need something done quick, do not go to this office!

They have a real nice staff & Doctor's. Be there on time for your appointment as scheduled like I did. I just had to wait 5 minutes to be called back too the Doctor's room. Then the Doctor came in to see mee 5 minutes later. Nice Doctor & nurse. So friendly. I was well pleased with the service I got.

I’ve been a patient here for years and I’ve typically been happy. I love Dr. Ali she has a great personality. However, with that being said, the billing department and the staff are not helpful. They have incorrectly billed my insurance, and I have been calling and writing the office since January and no one has helped me.

This office is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. They tell you a time when they will have your paperwork and they continue to push the day back. We are now on day 4 after being told my paperwork would be available in a day or two. If you need something done quick do not go here!

I am not happy with my service here . Instead of following up with me in a week regarding results instead I have been calling them to get an update on my visit! Now we are on week three and I still have not gotten a call back or update on the next steps . Do not recommend!!
