Disgusting!!! Appointment time was 11 with a 10:30 arrival. We were taken to a room around 11:30. The MA that did our intake was very polite and sweet. Once she left the room I noticed how filthy the room was. From filled trash bins with gauzes, gloves, and more touching the “sterile” tray stand to the sink that the staff uses to wash their hands. We decided to leave because I was concerned with the likelihood of my husband, that they were aware of having stage 4 cancer, catching an infection due to having his toenail removed. I notified the front desk of the reason for us leaving and her response was “I understand. Have a great day.” They can keep my $30 copay and hopefully they will use it to at least sweep the floor.

Over Christmas I never received my prescription and no one could find it. They say they sent it to the pharmacy but never received it. This caused me not to have any pain meds over the holidays.
I had to physically go to the office to get my paperwork for my short term disability. This caused me not to get payed for 4 days. The office staff needs to focus on getting paperwork fill out and sent.

Great doctor very knowledgeable ! Highly recommend him he is always little late for your appointment time but does good job when he comes in. He is quite and hard to get him to talk but knows what he is doing

I Love this office so much! Carla,Lucy and Dr. Anderson are wonderful! I had surgery in October 2022 and Dr Anderson did the surgery! He was always so kind and walked me through every step! Carla has been through every step with me. She always has helped me any way she can! She has a really big heart for her patients! She goes above and beyond and I just love her so much! She works so hard for this office! Lucy at the front desk is such a sweetheart and is very hardworking just like Carla, and always keeps up front running smoothly and helps out in the back when they need her! This is a really great office all around and I'm so glad Dr Anderson took my case for Surgery and saved my foot! Would highly recommend this office!!

They asked for a google review so here ya go, because they need more people to know they are here. Perhaps if you wish to retain patients you should have your appointments on time AND not leave a patient in the room for an hour. Appointment was at 230 was sent back at put in the room at 243, talked to nurse and waited. Was not told that the Dr was behind and might be longer than normal NOTHING was said. Waited and waited, nobody came and checked on me, at 347 I opened the door to the room I walked out and did not receive a phone call so I’m guessing that they think I’m still in there.
