I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and service at Village Podiatry.

Dr. Dane Ulett and his team are unmatched. They have made a scary surgical process so much easier. They have been kind and accommodating to every request/ question I have brought their way.

Dr. Ulett is extremely knowledgeable in his field, and treated my entire foot, not just one specific injury.

If you are looking for a podiatrist in Atlanta, I would highly recommend Dr. Dane Ulett and Village Podiatry at 2045 Peachtree Rd NW.

I went into Village Podiatry for a surgery. Before proceeding with the surgery, I specifically asked Dr. Ulett (with my wife right next to me) how much the surgery would be with my insurance plan that I have. He stated $278 and I agreed to proceed with the surgery. When I went to check out, (also with my wife standing right next to me) the lady at the front asked if we wanted to self pay or go through insurance. I stated that I have a high deductible plan but that if it would be $278 through insurance, I’m fine with that too and it could go toward my deductible. She stated that it would be the same amount with or without insurance and we could do it that way. A week or so later I get a bill from insurance for almost $700. So I call the Village podiatrist billing department on 7/27 to get no response for 2 weeks. So I call again today 8/10, and they put a request for call back from “Ben”. I get a call from a “No Caller ID” from “Ben” which is sketchy by itself. But then Ben proceeds to tell me that he had a conversation with the doctor and front desk staff and he said the front desk staff told him that she told us “we don’t control what insurance charges”. This is completely false and very unethical practice and unprofessional for automatically siding with the staff vs the patient. Who would choose to pay $700 vs $278? Of course I would have paid the $278 on the spot. I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to others and will be filing a formal complaint.

Dr. Ulett is really great. He's calm and takes his time answering my (many) questions. I never feel rushed like I do with other doctors. The office staff is nice and the office is clean and comfy. Plus, they get you in and out without a long wait.

I have been coming Village of Podiatry on Peachtree for years and I am so happy with the services that are provided. Everyone works with your needs and are polite; kind, good listeners, patience while helping you. They keep you calm for any procedure and if you are in pain they help to minimize the discomfort. A fast way to healing. An appointment was available 2 days after my call (fast). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor, Dr. Ulett, was very knowledgeable and patient (because I was very scared & nervous). The day after my visit, the pain was basically gone and I could walk normal. I was not paid for this review. It's 5 stars because I was suffering a long time and had lost hope but left the office reassured and grateful and could wear sneakers and walk the next day. I only wish the doctor had explained my condition more but he only told me what it was and quickly fixed it. Thank you Dr. Ulett & staff at Village Podiatry Piedmont.

Everyone is so kind and attentive to you. I had a diagnosis with in 10 minutes and Dr Ulett gave me tips to help me and gave me an injection that I was so afraid of but he was very gentle and made me feel more at ease. I didn't really feel it at all. I am able to walk without pain now. Thank you Village Podiatry!!!!!

My experience wath them was not pleasant, or professional, understaffed, failed to process my insurance short term disability, lost me my job, paperwork sent to their office by fax never filled out I couldn't even get them on the phone , had to drive down there , after leaving massages for them to call me back, about my documentation being filled out, but they send me a bill like it's noproblem, also missed appointment by 5 minute do to traffic, but they say you can be up to 10 minutes late, I get there and the office is already closed, receptionist sitting at here post with lights out and won't answer the phone but she's on a personal phone. can't believe Piedmont hospital referred me to this people. I'm not paying for incompetence work period. also after speaking to the doctor about my issues coming back over the phone , he did not document any of my concern to my then insurance provider, days after he released me to go back to work, I couldn't even make a appointment until a week later, then it was too late. New York Life call me today and said they denied my claim after 30 days this is ridiculous because the doctor said it's nothing wrong with me and I haven't spoken to these people over a month so I guess they did a vindictive thing and call and sending fraudulent paperwork to my insurance company because I didn't complete my balance, ridiculous
