First, the receptionist was rude & arrogant.
Hopefully she wasn’t being racist, but I’m sure that had something to do with it…

Anyways, the appointment lasted 15 mins & only talked about possible solutions that can be found by watching YouTube vids…

The doctor came in late & looked at my toe for a few secs after I asked her to give it a closer look….

Ended up paying $50 for a 1 oz topical ointment, which has yet to really do anything significant. Yes, $50 for 1 oz…..

Wait, it gets better - couple weeks later I get an invoice for $200 AFTER insurance chipped in. WOW!!

No x-rays, procedures, analysis was done during appointment, so I’m being charged $200 for a 15 min convo…..ridiculous!!

Never got an explanation from them for their disrespectful mark up on services.
What a joke!!

Safe to say, I won’t be back
Go elsewhere

I had to bring my fiance here for treatment from Dr. Raphael. He is by far the best Doctor I have ever met in my life. His staff, April & Tamara are truly amazing. They treated my fiance with so much respect not to mention the office smelled great and it was very clean starting from the lobby to the exam rooms. Seems like they pretty much run the office themselves. Either way; I would definitely recommend.

Doctor Raphael and his team, they are simply amazing. Very kind, caring, and great at what they do. They go over and beyond to make sure you have all you need to heal, as well as be comfortable. I give them 10 out of 10. Thanks so much guys!!!

July 2024, booked an appointment to see Dr. Minor with Village Podiatry. I waited patiently for almost an hour without seeing the doctor. I asked the front desk receptionist how long it would take and she said I was next. Two other patients were called next. I inquired again but the response was unacceptable so I decided to leave and booked another practice. It was not a pleasant experience and unfortunately I never saw Dr. Minor.

Dr. Raphael and Dr. Minor are very knowledgeable and gives the best customer services. They listen to your concerns along with a treatment plan for your care. The staff is very friendly and professional. They work well with each other and patients. I feel confident that I am getting the best care possible. Great job!!!
