Dr. Ruch had a temper tantrum and walked out on me. It was mostly do to miscommunication when I said having surgery would be dumb, but I was simply agreeing with an already said statement that Dr Ruch had said about my foot. I tried to apologize and explain myself but he was pissed. He then proceeded to call me son, lecture me, and just left me sitting in the exam chair. It was a very confusing, uncomfortable and unfortunate experience. I’m 40 years old and have never been treated this way by a doctor.

Dr Alan Banks was absolutely amazing! I had ingrown toenails on both of my big toes, it wasn't infected, it wasn't bad, but it gave me problems probably for 10 years. Dr Banks completely changed my daily life lol each toenail surgery was fast and painless, I swear that man has magical hands an amazing skills! ? Anything dealing with my feet I'm definitely going back to him

The doctor himself I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately the office staff makes my review a 2 star. The doctor prescribed me some orthotics, which had to be completed by another facility. It's like the left hand doesn't tell the right hand what's going on at this office. There is no communication, and no one at the other facility can get a straight answer from this office about what kind of orthotics the doctor was referring to. Also, the person on the phone usually sounds incompetent, which lowers my confidence that this is even going to happen.

Such a rip off. Was charged $317 to be seen for 5 minutes to schedule my ingrown nail removal. Then for the actual procedure was billed again. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Dr Alan seems nice but whoo this place seems to be a mess. Never felt the need to write a bad review in my life until this. Got my foot checked out great, they told me where they were gonna send the prescription I confirmed. Next day go to the right pharmacy no file for me whatever they’re taking a while fine. Call village podiatry to make sure I didn’t give the wrong pharmacy, nope right one, they say it’ll get taken care of. Come back next day pharmacy still doesn’t have a file they haven’t been sent anything. Village podiatry blames the pharmacy. Call the pharmacy 2 days in a row still nothing. Call Village podiatry I am told I will get a call back before they close, granted this was later I. The day was gonna give the benefit of the doubt.(it was also a Friday so I was like sure fine.)
Call pharmacy over the weekend: nothing.
Monday comes around, call pharmacy: nothing. Call village podiatry (this time it was the morning not evening) am told I will be called back before the day is over, no call. Tuesday I get a call from village podiatry the lady is quite obviously annoyed and being passive aggressive on the call they tell me that they have the prescription at the office so I can come get it. Was also supposed to have my 2 week check in that day but why would I do that if you still haven’t gotten me the meds. Wednesday just now try to go in, lady eating lunch at the desk. She says. I thing I have to prompt her after awkwardly waiting mg for 30 mins she literally just says hello. Another 30 seconds then she says we’re on lunch you can sit down. I then have to ask how long and she says 30 minutes I mean she should’ve told me herself. It’s just like come in this is the industry where nice customer service is like the most important making your patients feel safe. Also why tf would a company have every employee take lunch at the same time that’s insane

Worst customer service. Unresponsive and never answer customer questions. Also close 2hr early. Better to go to Buckhead location.
