Dr. Puppala not only helped my pain to completely go away but he made the whole process very easy. I was nervous about having a needle put in my spine but he reassured me that everything would be fine and even let me pick out my own music to listen to. He was a very down to earth and relatable doctor. I would definitely recommend going to him.

q I assure you that dr. puppala and his staff have no interest whatsoever in the source of your pain or how to alleviate it. I had wounds from diabetes ulcers on the bottom to of both of my feet. the pain was excruciating along with the phantom pain which came with the amputation of several toes. I went to Dr. Puppala's Villa Rica clii ni c after my 3rd ampiyation in severe need of help. I wasn't prepared to undress my wounds and neither doctor koala nor his nurse practitioner Cambridge it to look at what was causing my pain. all they cared about was convincing me that it was all standing from my back, and insisting on putting me into a back brace which would not cost me anything cuz my insurance would pay. well guess what? that back brace, which you could buy at any Walmart or home Depot, billed to my insurance at $3,900 and change. I was unceremoniously dumped from their program for not using enough of the strong pain medication was prescribed and for not wanting to undergo a nerve block procedure. I have severe neuropathy and did not need any further numbness so I declined the surgery which was proposed. they decided because I didn't take enough medication when it wasn't required that I should go to an addiction specialist about 40 miles away. furthermore they performed tests on me on the day they had already decided to release me from their practice. why? no one could answer that question therefore I asked them to return my tests and revoked my permisson allowing them to send it. I had to fight tooth and nail to get the swan which was supposed to test my DNA? why? since I'm no longer their patient per a decision already made prior to my appointment , why would they want to test anyting of mom and how dare they will my insurance company approximately $1,500 for every drug test and $150 courier fee for every test. these people are charlatans in my estimation. steer clear of this practice .

s. just to verify that my pain was quite REAL, "Doctor" Puppala, This past Ovtober, scareslu one year after you refused to take any interest in helping me, I underwent an above the knee amputation of my right leg and I went home from the hospital after 3 surgeries in 11 days with ZERO pain medication because of the unkind treatment I had under your "care" I chose to git out my unbearable pain which is only now lessening after 5 months, rather than being subjected to firther humiliation at the hands of another pain management group. I have news for you. pepper, and others like you. not everyone who is in pain is an addict or even has a predisposition disposition to becoming an addict. and everyone who is truthful with you that they one time may have had a problem with alcohol but, thanks to the grace of God and his Mercy, they no longer have them ugly and haven't had a drink in years, does that make them predisposed to become addicted to pain medication. I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on this point because you were quite adamant that I was an addict of some sort but let me tell you anyone who thinks that when they have been divinely healed by God, is a moron of the worst kind. people, steer clear of this doctor and this doctor's staff. ..

Dr vinaya Krishna puppala is more worried about money than the patient or patients
and his team are very unprofessional and disrespectful to try to fix a issue or issues that's affecting patients. They will get rid of you if they feel the need too without a bit of care or concern. He's a pain management doctor he needs to teach himself and his team to do their job correctly and show a little respect. He and his team would rather kick you out the door, but make sure to get his cards and pass them out to people to help grow his empire..What a joke and I hope people truly know they only care about themselves and not you.

Don’t use this place. Their staff is very unprofessional. The ladies at the front desk left me sitting there for 45 minutes before telling me that I didn’t have an appointment that they scheduled

Unprofessional staff. Hold you hostage for pain medicine. Play games with your insurance claims.

The only reason I gave 1 star was because of his PA and one procedure nurse. Everything else was below sub par performance.
