The doctors here are great, no complaints, Dr. Smith is always very attentive, gets to know you on a personal level and always goes above and beyond. My only complaint is the office staff, especially the girl(s) who answer the phone. They are never friendly both over the phone and at check-in. Sometimes all you get as a first impression is the person you talk to when you call or go in, and this is not a good overall first impression for the practice as a whole. They are not friendly or welcoming and in fact sometimes get an attitude when you ask for something and they have to do their actual job. If you can get past the rudeness of the front office staff then you will enjoy the doctors.

The office staff is very kind and welcoming. Their patient portal makes it easy to schedule appointments and check my lab results. Dr. Smith begins my appointments with "how can I help?" Then she truly listens, making eye contact the whole conversation. She takes me seriously and her recommendations have always helped me feel better.

I absolutely love Dr. Smith! She is awesome, but recently I’ve had two bad customer service experiences with Kenzie who answers the phone and handles scheduling. Normally Dr. Smith’s staff is excellent, but I am beginning to see a shift and if Dr. Smith doesn’t address it soon, it may be to the detriment of her practice. Also I referred my fiancée and it is difficult to get a physical scheduled as well as getting push back about him making a routine appointment to see Dr. Smith. I am quite surprised because this has been my PCP for over 10 years!

Can I just say this place is awesome? I have a past ED so it was important for me to find a size friendly doctor. When I started going here like three years ago, I discovered the office was full of genuinely nice people. Going here doesn’t fill me with the same dread that I used to have with doctors. Not only that, they’re so sweet I don’t even get social anxiety when I interact with them. I had only really interacted with Dr. Smith until today but after meeting with the other doctor, I can honestly say the whole office seems great. I feel like they care about my health, want the best for me, and the small talk is effortless. For a friendly, quiet person like myself, this office is a dream and I wish all my doctors were this great.

Dr Smith is a compassionate, intelligent and open minded physician that I’ve had the pleasure of seeing for over 14 years. Her bed side manner is top notch. On occasion, her staff has been questionable, but they are quickly replaced with more competent and friendly folks. I’ve always been more than happy with the care I’ve received.

Dr. Smith is smart, friendly and always has the the patient's best interest as her focus. Both she and her staff take great care of you and a friend I referred to her is beyond pleased as well! When you need to see a specialist she always puts you in great hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and her team!

Dr Smith is ok. Dr Sarma is great. Our family were long time patients but we will never go back. Unfortunately this place suffers from a rude office manager that acts like it is an inconvenience to discuss patient issues and Dr Smith ignores how he treats patients. There are better places to go that actually treat their patients like they are valued

Dr Smith is awesome! She's very knowledgeable and explains things well - she doesn't talk down to me but also doesn't talk over my head.

She's been my Dr for around 8 years; she's worth the drive! Her staff is pretty nice too 🙂
