The Dr is good, but there is a person - SAVITA at this practice who is always rude and not sympathetic to patients. The practice would be much better without her.

Loving coming to this practice. I have been with Dr. Vishwanath since she moved from South Cobb Dr. She is an excellent doctor. I enjoy the staff as well. Dr. Vishwanath office is Pediatric, and Family medicine. You won't be sitting there all day. She gets you in and out. Professional office, and staff. Love you guys. Have a blessed day.

Their services and billing are the worst. On at least two occasions, we were asked to pay more money due to the incorrect billing code being used. Furthermore, they are unwilling to explain why the services were billed as they were. This means you could be charged higher than expected, even for mild fever or discomfort. The most frustrating aspect is that payment for services is often requested almost a year later.

The doctor is good. However, the lady at the front desk is very arrogant and unprofessional. Whatever enquiry you make, her answer is only that it's not under her control. Opt for this place only if you can handle the stress from the front desk.

This office has been serving my family over 11yrs. Yes, I have had some minor complaints about reception, but Dr. Vishwanath has always been caring and concerned about myself and my sons. I would definitely recommend her to others.

I called last week to make an appointment. I just got insurance and I have not been to the doctor in several years. I have been having light chest pains. The receptionist was not very friendly and told me I need to go to the ER. I said I understand but I would still like an appointment. I offered my insurance information, but she said she wouldn’t take that until the day of. Well my appointment time came, and at this point I do t know if I have a co pay or not. The receptionist was still very rude and she said she needed to call to see what the company covered. After all was said and done, my policy only covered $75.00 and I would owe $150 to be seen. And they require payment the day of the appointment. So no matter about my chest pains, they need their money. I am not upset about the policy limitations. I am upset that the front desk did not take the information when I was ready to give it to them last week. So I have wasted time, and all the while she was Just rude. I really think she wenjous being able to tell people they won’t be seen.

I chose this place because of the good reviews, but sadly this was not my experience in this office.
I called the office to get my annual physical. I was given a date and time that worked for me. The purpose of the visit was supposed to fall under preventive care which my insurance would cover. I get to the office, did all the pre-exam stuff then was put into an examination room to wait for the doctor.
The doctor comes into the tiny room with THREE students, introduces herself and asks if they can come in (when they were already in the room). I felt like I was put on the spot to say yes, and I do not like the way she went about it. I would have preferred if she entered the room solo then ask if the students could come in. I thought this was very unprofessional and uncomfortable for me--- the patient.
Now keep in mind the main purpose of me coming in was to get a physical-----but that didn't happen. Apparently, they do not perform physicals on new patients, that is what I was told (this idea does not make any sense to me).
I figured that since I was already in the office I could discuss other very minor issues with the doc. She listens and write me prescriptions (that did absolutely nothing for me). In total, I was in her office for like 30 mins. A few days later I get a bill for nearly $300. I went into the office to understand why this visit was not coded as "Preventative", and the receptionist tells me that I came into the office with problems. NO---I did not! I even told the doc I was feeling perfectly fine, I just wanted a physical.
The receptionist didn't seem to care and stood there waiting for me to give her my card to swipe. This office gets one star from me, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are not transparent, they lack clear communication, the main receptionist is rude, and you will be bombarded with students in your exam room. No thank you!

Please take your child to a real practicing Pediatrician who CARES about their patients. At least go to a Pediatrian who acts like your child's well-being matters. Between November 2020 to date (02/18/2022) my child has been to emergency for severe stomach and back pains w/ some vomiting and Ms Vishwanath has yet to call me to discuss r even send an email. She receives notifcation from each hospital emergency visit and I tell you, NOT ONE TIME has she followed up about HER patient. The older Indian woman upfront is some relation to her I beleive. She makes decisions on behalf of Ms Vishwanath. I've confronted her a couple times about her "no follow up," and her watered down front office. If I could give her a negative star, I'd give her five negative stars.
You want a Pediatrician who loves caring for children. You want a highly communicative Pediatrician and one with a support system in place to help with reaching out to patients who have had repeated emergency room visits. As a mother first and a professional second, I can not encourage any parent to become a patient of Ms Vishwanath.
Quite frankly, I beleive she is selective of whom she truly cares about as a patient. My three black boys were never treated as patient but only as a random customer. Let's also talk about the rude Indian woman upfront... she's as worse as they get. Be glad you read the reviews because I didn't. I've found a great Pediatrican with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. I'm glad we no longer have to deal with Ms Vishwanath and her low fruit bearing front office and ill-practice as a physician.
