I've been a customer of visual perceptions for years. I've had almost every pair of glasses I've owned from them. I've been pretty satisfied up until this point.
I made an appointment and was 2minutes late and they turned me away and said that I would have to schedule another appointment. I understand the times were in but they should also be understanding of this as well. They told me they had another appointment right after and that their wouldnt be enough time to see me and they're would be to many people in the office. Half of the time I'm there I spend watching the doctors walk right by me for 20mins before they even see me. I'm a stay at home dad of 3 kids and it's hard enough to get everyone ready and out the door and then to be turned away over 2 minutes is unacceptable!

Visual Perceptions is a wonderful place to care for your eyes. The staff and doctors are kind, prompt, and patient. The equipment is clean, and they even have a special camera to photograph your eyes! The photo is an excellent tool to track your long-term eye health because it stays with your record. They also have a wide selection of frames to suit many styles. I highly recommend Visual Perceptions if you're in need of eye care.

Staff is worse. they don't follow up, nor provide any updates. they took 6 months for my glasses. Don't even talk properly with their customers

Visual Perceptions..where do I begin...ok, first time here great, hubby wanted certain shades for driving & they had them..thought to myself, let me go get checked out myself...I want to say first off,
Dr. MARTIN was exceptional, she explained everything, answered all my questions & went beyond...
That's it, everything else not so good...preliminary tests, couldn't understand a thing gentleman said, mumbled though it all, not helpful with any ?s
Ordering of glasses pretty simple right!! Wrong...gave me a wait time of 7 days for glasses, no problem, imagine my surprise when they call in3 days to say my reading glasses are in, Yahoo for me!! NOT, get there, wrong glasses, were made for distance, not what I wanted or ordered..brisk, short explanation, not a real apology..."we'll have to reorder"..ok, fine do that...days go by, do not hear anything...finally after 6 days, I call, nope sorry not in yet..I say really, other glasses in 3 days, not in after 6...ok, couple of days later, I call again....then I'm told, they were promised yesterday, no they were promised 3 days ago but I dont say this because the nice lady on phone tells me, oh they came in but 1 of the lenses had something wrong with it so we sent it back..I'm like really!!(funny how they checked these lenses but not the first ones that came in)...ok, so now I wait some more, good thing I dont desperately need them to see..Glasses have been paid in full or else I would have told them to keep them...I'll pick up my glasses when/if they ever come in, take my record of services & never step foot in that place again...

I loved my doctor and the staff is all very friendly. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else anytime soon. Also a great selection of frames!

Very small waiting area and staff can be short and less than courteous sometimes. Harvey and Lewis in Glastonbury is a better option.

The receptionist, the team and the doctor are very nice and friendly. I didn't need to wait long and the check-up was good.
