I have no idea is she is really good or not, but base on results, I been force to give this review this punctuation.

Since November 2023 ( Yes, for a whole year) I been trying to make an appointment with her thru their web site and thru google appointment online and no one answer me.

then, I went to her office twice in a year to make an appointment.

The first time, I told the guy in the front the situation of the online issue so they can check it out. he told the woman in charge and she said that “that is impossible, because all the request were answer” and I said “ not mine”.

Then the guy in the front and another woman said that the Dr was all book and she wasn't accepting any new patient for the moment but he going to put me in a waiting list, so if someone drops, they can accommodate me and they will call me.

That never happen. Wait and wait and nothing. then 13 times tru the year I called to (386) 777-3266 and no one answer the phone ( and I still have no idea why PEOPLE in this country pay for phone that never answer).

For a 2nd time I went to the office on march. the guy told me he will put me in a list if any cancellation, they will call me. Again nothing.

Im guessing that the issue here is that Im always be honest and don't keep anything in me. so the first time went I went there I was polite and “told the issue so they don't loose clients” and that the phrase I used.

So I guess the employees dont like the idea of someone tell that to them.

And in case of dooubting what I said here, just check the recordings, I was the one who went with bike clothes (long velcro yellow and black pants and the long velcro yellow and black long sleeve shirt.

so the second time if they look the cameras on march, I went with parched jeans, and a “I will Say gay” tshirt.

Going back to the subject, Then, I wrote tru her site again and again and again ( like the song) but no answer neither.

the last time I asked for an appointment was two weeks ago on November 13 2024. As always, the sound of silent ( like the song again )

And let me clear here, Instead of getting this Post as a mere complaint, get it as a way to improve the office and serve in a better way.

Went people going to the doctor office and ask for an appointment, is not to have a cup of tea or coffee with the Doctor and that will be really nice, but, they ask to see the doctor, because something hurt or there a health problem.

if the googlee appointment or your web ste isn't working as it use to, then instead of getting mad at the person who is telling you that, go and check and double check until the problem is fixed. I guess that why the Dr pay for that service ( unless because she is a beauty, she get it for free).

Also, this go to the employees and the management of the office: if you dont hear or don't care about the people complaints and don't bother to fix the things to help the Dr., then don't complaint went people like me, WHO BEEN TRYING FOR A WHOLE YEAR!!!!, to make and F…ing ( YES, I SAID THE WORLD!) appointment, decide to write a review.

You need to know you are the machine that make the office works.You need to understand that everything you do or say, affect the reputation of the Dr and her office. You need to get that if something is not working, FIX IT. because the DR is busy helping the patients and make them hearthier and at the end YOUR actions destroy her reputation.

Sorry Dr, But this is the true.

Base of the results, I have to say, the office cant have any good standing because for the whole year, I been in pain thanks to your lack of empathy and service.
