Dr. Wilson literally saved my life! Being over 50, over weight, in denial of pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, all off the chart. He was patient with me until my denial was addressed. Then he put me on the path to getting well. Once I let him do his job and put my denial away, within just a few weeks, I feel like a new person. You never know how sick you are until you start feeling better. I give Dr. Wilson and his staff the highest recommendation because they definitely earn it! I pray he doesn't retire any time soon.

Always some made up nickel and dime charge at this place. Was told by Wilson during a hospital stay that the follow up wouldn’t be an extra charge. Which I don’t know why he showed up and charged me $160 and then another $80 to discharge me I didn’t call him… anyway they can make a $1 I swear. The front desk isn’t understanding at all just wants to threaten you with sending you to collections. Meanwhile I have thousands apparently owed from all over the place.not worth having a primary care Dr when you go to the er that’s for sure. Definitely not Wilson.they don’t seem to care weather or not you can afford something…

I have nothing but good experiences with Dr. Wilson and his staff. I have never had a long wait for an appointment. His office staff and insurance filing staff have always been helpful. They are not unfriendly, just professional.

I came on as a new patient last year with several health issues. Dr. Wilson listened to me, requisitioned my old records, and has helped me with all the issues.

In addition, one of my conditions requires a medication that has an astronomical cost. My crappy Obamacare would not pay for it and suggested he prescribe me other medications not indicated for my condition. I found an out of state pharmacy that would fill the prescription for a nominal cost and presented the information to Dr. Wilson. He immediately sent them my prescription and I had my medication within days.

Not sure how to rate this place. The medical staff is good. I prefer Nicole over Wilson- but he is good to. The nurses are great. Great bedside manners. Its the office staff that sucks. Always rude! And heaven forbid you need anything from them. I am glad I will not be seeing them anymore. They need to hire new friendly faces that actually smile and talk to you and actually care about the patient. The office- the front desk- do not care at all. They always look miserable, and they are even ruder on the phone!

I have seen Dr.Willson and NP. Bizzell. Both are easy to approach with questions and alway have been professional. Both have gone out of their way to assist me in my health care with reports from other doctors and coming up with a health care plan. Office facility is fully equipped with staffing, blood work, x-rays and a lab. Appoints and referrals are easily made with a well staffed office. Extra medical staffing is always available to keep the Doc and NP on time as much as possible. I only had a long wait once. I chalk that up to someone having an emergency. I have been going to this practice for two years. The building is spotless and yes so are the bathrooms! This practice does have hospital rights.

Called to set up an appt to have a vaccination done since I was pregnant and the nurse laughed at me and told me that "no one keeps up with those" and that "helicopter parenting is stupid." Thank you for the advice, but since my OB recommend the TDAP vaccine, I had to go to CVS instead. Rude staff. Dr. Wilson is okay if you even get to see him, but not very sociable. Did a physical for me last year and hardly spoke. I had to request a copy of the physical to find out that my blood pressure was elevated.

So I call the only Doctor I seen for last 20 years or more and they tell me "you have not been in to see the Doctor for 3 years or more so we have to treat you like a new patient. It will be one week before we can see you." I'm sick now Dr. Wilson. Is that what the medical field is coming to? We don't treat you when you are sick unless we see you when your not sick also. Bad form Dr. Wilson. Bad form.
