I have really been treated very well at Dr. Patel‘s office. The technicians and everyone involved in my care has been top notch. I haven’t finished completely, but up to this point I have absolutely no complaints. They listen to me and are concerned about my issues. So far, everything has been addressed great satisfaction.

It was first class from the time I called to schedule an appointment! I called on a Tuesday and was offered an appointment the very next morning! After I arrived, I realized I did t have my insurance card and had no idea what company carried my policy! The receptionist went way out of her way trying to help with my insurance for no other reason than to help me! That was before I even got into the back! Then after I went back there were smiles everywhere, and just an uncommonly good atmosphere, especially for a dentist’s office! The nurse was very informative clear, strait forward, and easy to talk to. The dentist was nothing short of professional! The whole experience, was surprisingly good! Exceptional, really, considering again that, it was a DENTIST appointment!!

I’m just adding to what I previously posted because I have since then had my procedure and am currently enjoying my new smile! This dental staff is just absolutely incredible! And it doesn’t matter which one u see that day they’re all as nice, polite, and caring as the next! And the level professionalism is hands down best around! They never make you feel like they’re judging you, they’re super helpful and each one is up-to-date and informative!! Just an all around exceptional experience! I haven’t had a single complaint this far!! Soooo worth it!

Did not wait very long at all to get taken back to see the dentist. They were very professional and had a Great bedside manner!!! Extremely cheap for a lot of detailed dental work. I’m very happy I chose walnut Ridge dental care☺️

Dr Patel is second to none. I have been to dentists in Detroit, Ohio, Indiana, Tennessee and he is by far the most advanced with awesome customer care. I now drive 7 hours to see him. To me it is well Worth it. Highly recommend. Staff is also second to none. Very professional and helpful
