Bills you 10 days late, never answers phone, doesn't give you a very good options for paying online once you finally receive your bill, and to top it off to punish YOU for their incompetence you have to pay a late fee. Pathetic and lazy municipality.

I've been dealing with this city for 19 years. We now have the worst administration ever!!! Everyone needs to go!!! Can't answer questions or return any calls. Dry Trash hasn't been picked up for a month and water bill has doubled!!

My water bill since I have moved here(2021) has doubled and now the City added a $31 fire fee,without notice to residents. Some people don't use Social media or can't attend City Council meetings to know what's going on.It would of been nice to know and not be blindsided!!! The same way you print our water bills, is the same way the City could of let the residents know of any changes and added fees. Very unprofessional!! Some residents don't know that there's no more recycling...never had to pay a fire fee with my waterbill in other cities!!

The second month of moving to our address they sent us a bill that said we had used 40,000 gallons of water. Two large swimming pools worth of water in a 2 bedroom with 2 people living there. Obviously, it was inaccurate. They came out and “reread” our meter and of course our bill dropped by $150. Makes me wonder how often this happens and people just don’t notice or know any better. The water smells like rotten eggs and they’ll take their merry time giving you back your deposit. They’re very quick to take your money but drag their feet when it comes to giving it back to you.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I had the option! Outrageous bills for water that literally smells like rotten eggs! Literally every week my subdivision complains just to have the same reoccurring problem! Why is the sewage so high when it smells like they are running the sewage right back through the pipes! All the phone numbers have full mail boxes so you can’t reach or leave a message. When you do reach someone, they tell you to run the water til the smell is gone, do u think they compensate for that? NO! Move up the street and use City of Hinesville!

If I could give no stars I would, for the past year and a half my bill goes up 1 to 2 dollars every month no matter what I do, I go to laundry mat to wash and dry still goes up, now this so called mayor is adding fire fee along with 23 dollars added to what u originally pay, and low and behold if you call they don't help and say the same thing over and over, my bill is 218, my rental property place sends plumbers out every month to check to see if leaks and nothing so it's costing money to do that, so after I show them this bill they will proceed with lawyer because i am done

I paid my bill for you to reconnect my service.you said it would be connected back the same day I paid it.well not so said the water company .you get no water today even know I paid it in full today .hmm you cut it off when you don't get paid but you won't cut it back on when I pay you .double standard dont you think. It's all who you know .God don't like ugly .Don't treat people substandard .
