Toured this facility looking for a place for my grandmother. Very pleased with how clean the facility is and how friendly everyone at the facility is. Even talked with a family member of a current resident and they couldn’t say enough good things about how happy they are with the care their mother has received. We will definitely be using Warner Robins Rehab after my grandmothers surgery for rehab.

I have a family member who is currently located at Warner Robins Rehab. I was given the best attention by Macy upon inquiring about this facility. She was helpful in explaining things about admissions, insurance, out of pocket cost, dining, therapy, activities, and much more. Macy, along with several other staff members, were willing to listen to frustrations, needs, or wants and give feedback or address the specifics. She is dedicated to say the least. Thankful for her! Definitely recommend WR Rehab.

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Please research this place VERY carefully before placing a loved one here. Look at reviews everywhere , as well as lawsuits- there are many.

My Mother in law been there since a week this is the first for her being in a Rehabilitation center all i can say is that the staff is very friendly and i feel like there part of our family !!! My Mother in law get the best care and she told me herself that the food is outstanding i watched her doing her exercises and she is doing so much better thank you Warmer robins rehab you are the best sincerely Barbara Gaudet

This not s good facility. It's a turkey farm. It's very noisy and chaotic. A lot of the staff are cold and indifferent. And you can't any staff when you need them. If you ding them with the call button, no one shows up unless an hour or so goes by and may never show up. My mother was in a room where her call button didn't even work. Also, I went in one morning around 8:00 to find my mother sitting in a wheelchair in their lobby without another human being even being in sight. At about 9:00, a nurse, etc. ran by acting like she didn't even see us. I yelled out to her that my mother needed to use the bathroom. She hollered back that she would be right back. But she never came back. My poor mother who will be 100 yrs old in a few short months, got so desperate to use the bathroom that she tried to get out of the chair, and since she's unable to stand up, fell out and hit the hard, tile floor, breaking her right shoulder which was on her weak side from a recent stroke. I wasn't there when this happened due to having to leave before 9:00. Also, the facility has a terrible smell about it. It is so strong that it slaps you in the face when you first open the door.

This is all around a great rehab facility. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by very nice employees. The food is amazing! Victoria was the nicest and very informative!
