I understand why Dr. Bernbach picked Dr. Massucci to take over his practice. Young, very intelligent (which speaks of his experience) with an easy going, engaging manner. That's a great combination of attributes in a MD.
On a different note why does the auto correct keep changing my "an" to "and"? Frustrating!

Dr. Massucci makes himself available to his patients to answer questions, even after an office visit. He is always personable and knowledgable. I have used his services for a variety of issues with my feet and have a great deal of confidence in his ability to treat any issues I may present with. Since seeing him I have referred my son, husband and friends there as well.

Mr. Bernbach and I have something in common; we both have customers. The difference between myself and him is that I respect both my customers and their time, Mr. Bernbach has proven that to me.
I arrived ten minutes early as it is customary to do on one's initial visit to a new doctor so that paperwork can be completed. I completed the paperwork and commenced waiting, and boy did I wait. After the first fifteen minutes went by I admit I started giving up on this practice, after twenty-nine minutes passed I was all but ready to leave. Just as my perseverance was about to be fully depleted a nurse called my name! She escorted me into a hallway and past the person who I assume is the doctor ( he was chatting up a cute nurse, not greeting me as a new customer ) and into another room. In the new room, I proceeded to wait for an additional fifteen minutes, I then left out of sheer frustration.
Here is the deal, if you respect someone and you make an appointment with that person, you keep true to your promise. If you do not respect them you make them wait fifty-five minutes because you thought it was a good idea to make six appointments at the same time, because screw the patients doctor wants money.
I think of one word now when I think of this practice; arrogance.

Going there for years even when father was at practice. He is patience and knows what he is doing. If you want excellent care for your feet this it. He is So great he has many people going and it can be a wait. But worth it. Anything worth waiting for is a Great Doctor!

Dr.Steven Massucci is amazing, the staff is great also!! wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm a type one diabetic so I'm on top of my toes...lol no pun intended
