This pharmacy has the most wonderful staff, and I really mean that. When I was on accutane, they helped me navigate that fulfillment and completely went above and beyond dealing with the reps on the phone for me. Always super nice and quick.

Every time I reach out to the Wellness staff especially the pharmacists Nick and David I get incredible help responsiveness and caring. This goes also for the staff in the pharmacy area as well as Jackson who coordinates delivery. At a time when customer service is hard to locate, I find that the customer service at Wellness is exceptional

I LOVE WELLNESS!! I had gotten so tired of getting my medications from Walgreeens- they always had long lines, huge wait time on the phone, were misplacing my medications, etc. That's when I found Wellness Pharmacy. Sometimes the best way to get good service is by going to the smaller ma and pop type places and this is certainly the case here. It is always quick and efficient and I feel like the staff really know what they are doing and get to know you. They also will call my doctor's themselves to get new prescriptions- Walgreens could NEVER! They deliver my medications on time - with Walgreens they would always say it was being delivered and I would never get it and then I would have to go to the store and wait in the long line and it wouldn't be available. None of these issues are a problem at Wellness. They are clean, organized, and KIND! Honestly tell all my friends about them because everyone I know complains about getting their medications from Walgreens or CVS.

Finally— a pharmacy in NYC without long lines and exorbitant pricing, with good customer service to boot! I pay less than half here for some of my prescriptions than what Walgreens and CVS charge for the same medication.

Need to ask a question from home? They’ll actually pick up the phone and get you help promptly, no 20-minute wait like at the big chains, and no surly attitude. They’ll even text you with questions, follow-up, etc. Best of all, the pharmacists have really helped me out digging up coupons for a prescription that is very expensive. Love that!!!

Thrilled to have a pharmacy like Wellness in the neighborhood; they are unbelievably helpful as well
as polite. The staff knows your name and needs immediately- such a pleasant change from those Duane Reade, CVS and other chains where they never pick up a phone and act like they are doing you a big favor just filling a script. Can’t recommend Wellness enough!

Love this neighborhood pharmacy! Great selection of homeopathy and natural remedies, and any medicine I need quickly for my toddler. Have also had great experiences with prescriptions and the pharmacy. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
