I came in tonight with a sore throat,cough and just feeling awful. Pretty much with flu symptoms. The lady is at the front desk are wonderful they help me check in very quickly I literally went to the restroom and sat down for not even 10 minutes and they already had called me back. When they call me back they took my blood pressure, got all the basic information of the symptoms. Got basic information that need to be updated. The doctor came in immediately afterwards. Everything was back to back and they put so much care into it, it was amazing I've never had experience like this before. I just want to say the staff is outstanding and Dr Andrew Smith is an amazing doctor. He listens to a patient and he cares. Overall the experience was very very good. I definitely recommend and hopefully i don't get sick again but if I do I will definitely be coming back.

The most disgusting facility I’ve ever stepped in, told me my son was not wheezing when in fact he had pneumonia! I wouldn’t even bring my cat here tbh. Walked in there wasn’t even anyone up front for check in for 5-7 mins. I feel bad for the people that have no choice but to go here 🙁

My wife was seen today had her insurance card and was told her copay was $200 when she didn't have it and she didn't, rather than give her the option of a payment plan she was still force to pay a $ 100 we have two small kids. No one should ever be forced to pay what they don't have. This hospital is one the worst place to ever to go. It's only good if you need an excuse for getting out of work or maybe some for pain. They are slow and most seen to be rejects from real hospital. So today when the weather is supposed to be bad my 3 &6year may be without. Thanks to the lady of who forced my wife to pay money she didn't have because that money was also our light bill money. You have a blessed day.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have NEVER left a hospital crying over the treatment provided. They were awful. Dismissed every concern I had for my 6 month old. Did not even look at her once. And when I was trying to leave the Doctor tells me to finish up getting my daughter in the car seat in the lobby because I need to go so they can clean the room. I will never come back here.

This review is for the inpatient Rehab part of the hospital. If I could give this place a negative number I would! Make sure that this facility is the place that you need to be because you're not going to get SKILLED nursing care, only the kind that can pass your oral medication. The nurses only want to do the bare minimum. Absolutely NO PATIENT ADVOCACY, NO NURSING ASSESSING as to how the patient is responding to "the care" that is being rendered. The physician is unreachable as is everyone else that gives care to you. The only positive is the physical therapists. Nursing and medical care sucks!!

I unfortunately had a situation where I needed to be seen and couldn’t wait to see my regular doctor. From the check in desk to the nurse to the doctor & everyone in between, I could not have been more pleased. I was immediately tended to and was checked on while I waited on test results. Every one I came in contact with was pleasant and caring. I would use this facility again in a heartbeat!! I wish I could remember everyone’s name that helped me, but I do remember Dr Blake & she was absolutely thorough and kind! Thank you guys so much!!!

If I could leave a negative stat review I would.

I brought my wife in at 5:53pm on February 19, 2024, it is currently 10:47pm and all the staff had done is a Urine Sample and blood draw. Later on at 11pm, I asked the nurse to speak to somebody higher than her and the doctor because I am frustrated about being here for five hours unaccompanied by doctors or nurses the whole time.Nobody at the nurses station, the lady and baby in the next room got upset and left, as well as the next room over. Three rooms walking out and one trying to leave but being kept there, is completely unacceptable. The doctor that came in (Dr wall raven), was very disrespectful, rude, condescending and insulting. When we explained we had been here since 5:53, I told her we hadn’t actually known that my wife was pregnant, her response was (very quick & rudely), “”well you took a at home test so you knew she was before you even came””. Further into the conversation when my wife said she wanted to sign the release and leave, walraven attempted to scare us into staying by saying “””your blood could be showing signs of an Ectopic Pregnancy, but you could leave and risk it rupturing, it’s up to you.”” She repeatedly said we couldn’t go to an OBGYN until 10 weeks because they won’t see you that early. We are 22 and 19. You should never have tried to scare young new parents into staying by telling them their growing baby (5 weeks old) could be at risk. It was to the point that your ultra sound tech said “I’m surprised y’all are still here” which, by the way, was your ONLY PROFESSIONAL Staff member. I have been to this hospital for years and I will not return ever again due to the incompetence of the staff, the nurses and doctors were still towards patients that numerous walked out, we couldn’t walk out because Walraven wouldn’t give the nurse “orders” to take the IV out. This whole experience was just sorry. I come here to avoid Wellstar Spalding and now I will go to Fayette to avoid both of your hospitals. I am furious that the life of my unborn child and wife was so uncared for. It is Completely unacceptable that the hospital leaves this doctor responsible for the well being of other humans.

We went thanksgiving night. It was great. The staff was very friendly and the dr was honestly the best dr I’ve ever experienced. I wish he was our pediatrician.
