Sat in the waiting room with my wife for 1.5hrs. She stayed in the back for almost another hour. The waiting room only had 2 ladies waiting. Was informed the Doc likes to spend time with her patients. Doc needs to understand that spending the day in a waiting room is rediculous and that people have other things to do than to wait that long.

Medical facility. Easily accessible off of Atlanta Road. Very clean. Pharmacy located inside as well as radiology, deli and other entities. Urgent Care is directly connected to it as well. Directory inside the facility is easily to read and there are three levels in this building elevator accessible. Plenty of parking.

lack of communication! My father had an appointment at the vinnings imaging department that was made MONTHS in advance for 7:30am . Upon arrival we were told his appointment had been cancelled. The receptionist said that Sara from the imaging department sent us a text and voicemail to cancel our appointment that morning. We received no call, no text , no voicemail, nothing stating that our appointment was going to be cancelled. This is very disappointing and frustrating as we had to take Saturday off to be at this appointment. Sara is a liar and never called us to cancel the appointment or even tell us why it was cancelled! This would have been our first appointment at this location. Don’t be fooled the building is very nice and clean and maintained but there is no care for communication with their patients. We were called multiple times and sent over 10 text reminders weeks and months in advance to confirm this appointment and no on even bothered to inform us no one would be there! We will not return to this location for any services. I suggest you call them just like they call you to make sure your appointment still stand before to make the drive over there.

Colleen, a lab technician at Vinings Health Park (Wellstar) went out of her way to send my lab clearance for an upcoming surgery.
She was very personable, helpful, and knowledgeable in taking my labs and brain storming where to send it. Colleen has great technology skills and really made an impression on me. She has amazing customer service skills!

Monday Feb 3rd at 4pm I would give a 0 Star if I could.
You go to Urgent Care for them to check on my 2yr old, they check me in, I pay the co-pay and they ask me again why my baby is there for: I explained why, and The board say 2hours wait. We were fine. After 2hr wait, the nurse calls me and tells me because what my baby has, the ultra sound person left at 3pm and they dont have anyone available.
Sooo I get there at 4pm, they check me in see what I put on the board for the condition. I’m in for my baby waited two hours to tell me that the person is not there and they can check my baby but they recommend me go to CHOA. So why make me wait two hours with my baby. 2hours and he started crying in pain after so much time
when they know the person that can do the ultrasound left at 3 PM and now I gotta go somewhere else and wait more time.
I’m not typical writing reviews but this is pissed me off
I’ll give you this. They still offer to check on my baby, but they told me twice and they were gonna bring a different nurse to tell me the same thing instead of just checking me check the baby and then let me know but like two hours for them to tell me the person that does the ultrasound that might require to do an ultrasound is not there anymore. They left at 3 PM. I got there at 4 PM like really This could’ve been resolved half an hour when I checked in prior to two hours waiting.

Rishi Gupta, MD is an EXCELLENT neuro surgeon. I had a brain aneurysm (surgery), seizure, which caused me to have a stroke. I was treated by Rishi Gupta and his team at Wellstar hospital. After stay in the hospital, I went to a rehabilitation center for treatment. The stroke affected my body on the left side. Completed rehab and kept doctor visits with Rishi Gupta. He's very pleasant, polite and listened to all of my health concerns and issues. He referred me to other specialists, provided me with proper medication, assisted me with the forms I received for disability. Doctor Rishi Gupta helped (still helping) and did everything in his power to treat, assist and provide medical services to me as his patient. I'm FOREVER GRATEFUL, THANKFUL for him saving my life. 🙏🙏♥️

I've been going here for my primary care for a few years. lately though, the experience has been less than great, much less. First, there's been a steady increase in the time it takes for an appointment. It's a 6 week wait to see your primary care doctor . Imagine having an earache, and making an appointment a month and a half in the future- that's pretty useless. It forces you to go to the urgent care facility, which most likely is much more profitable for them, but it also increases the wait for those that need immediate help. And the only thing urgent about it is the doctor trying to get out of the examination room as fast as possible. Even with an appointment, you'll wait a long time to spend about 5 or 6 minutes with the doctor. Very little information is offered, conversation is frowned upon (it takes time) and it's about the most impersonal service I've experienced . If they continue to offer the "fast food" approach to medicine, perhaps they should change their name to Nostar, and just admit it.
