I do not recommend this practice. I am a former patient of Dr. Boss and I was very satisfied with his care. Dr. Chapman picked up his patients and she is a JOKE! I called last week to make an appointment because my ears are infected. I was informed by the office manager that Dr. Chapman, "is steering away from sick patients because she does not want them to get sicker in the lobby". Then he proceeded to ask me if I could just go to urgent care or the ER (because that is obviously not a cesspool of germs). What is the point of a PCP if they will not see you when you are sick? I believe a good doctor is like a marriage....in sickness and health and she is failing in that department. My mom also had a horrible experience with Dr. Virginia Price. I cannot give this practice even one star, but zero stars is not an option. If you are looking for quality healthcare, this is NOT the place to receive it. Go to Wellstar!!! For those saying Dr. Chapman is good, please don't get sick because SHE WILL NOT SEE YOU!

I had my first visit with Dr. Chapman today and from someone who dreads going to the doctor from past medical trauma, I am so incredibly impressed. Dr. Chapman IMMEDIATELY made me feel so comfortable and she listened to everything I had to say and asked many questions expanding on what I was saying. She spent plenty of time with me and time setting up some tests that I have needed for a long time now. Honestly this was the very best experience I have ever had with a doctor and I’m so thankful she’s joined this practice. Now I’ll actually have no issues going when I need to. Thank you so very much. 100 stars!!!!!!!

This was my primary care office from before I could remember up until age ~16. While I never had any specific problems with the care there, I had a couple issues with Mary Adams. In one instance, a had a case of food poisoning. She later spoke to my other parent and accused me of faking a stomach ache, which I assuredly was not. I believe this is why I was given no medical care at that time.
At another time, I was receiving medical care for a feminine issue. My family was having unrelated issues at the time and my mother had spoken to Adams about these problems. At my appointment, Adams made a comment to me about this deeply personal issue. Her comment was ill-informed, unsolicited, irrelevant, and highly unprofessional. Looking back, I see the stress her comment caused me and I am very glad that I did not let it affect my decision. This was close to 10 years ago, and I did not realize the gravity of these events at the time, or else I would’ve said something.
I never had any problems with any other staff or treatment, but these events are inexcusable.
As far as the practice itself, wait times are very long.

Have been seeing Dr Mary Adams for years. Enjoy every visit with her. Very attentive to any problem I have. I recommend her highly and recommend her nurse assistant also..wait time is minimal.

I love this place. Unlike most doctors, they'll give you 12 month prescriptions. They always return my calls promptly. I would recommend them to anyone.
