I had a consultation on December 17th, where I worked with Renee and Dr. Huber. Both were very helpful in answering my questions and explaining my options. During this consultation, I decided to purchase a retainer, and Renee informed me that it would be ready the following week. I was surprised by the quick turnaround, especially since the next week was Christmas. However, Renee explained that the team wanted to process all orders before the office closed for the holiday break. She said she confirmed with the lab technician that my retainer would be ready the next week and assured me they would call to let me know.

However, I never received any updates the following week, as promised, but it wasn't a huge issue since it was Christmas week. However, when I still hadn’t heard anything by the second week of January, I decided to call Renee. I didn’t get an answer, so I left a voicemail but never received a call back. The next day, I called again and managed to speak with a receptionist, who confirmed that my retainer was ready for pick-up. While I was pleased to hear this news, I was disappointed that no one had reached out to inform me.

I understand that the office is likely busy during this time, but follow-up communication is a crucial aspect of customer service. I hope this constructive feedback will be considered.

Dr. Paul Yurfest, Dr. Kristen Hubert, Stacy, and everyone else in this office have been so good to me and everyone else I have sent to the office. They always make you feel like your family. Dr. Huber and the staff are nice. However, every time I go, it doesn't seem to matter when my appointment is as other patients who come later are seen by her first.

I had my Invisalign treatment done by them a decade ago now and my teeth are still looking great! Scheduling was also easy even though I had to email in order to get an appt booked. I did not like the dental tech who was assigned to me during my appt, which was also my first retainer check. She was very curt and rude. She shut down all questions I had and even warned me against telling Dr. Huber my concerns as if they weren’t worth looking into. I tried to make small talk to ease the tension and she just stared blankly at the screen in annoyance. It was such an odd interaction. I don’t remember her name but I hope she was just having an off day and that’s not her normal countenance. The problem was fixed in any case bc I did inform the orthodontist. She also forgot to sanitize my retainers but she did sanitize my trays. It’s just the service rendered this time does not match the area they’re located in. Thanks regardless for doing my treatment back then

I called on Thursday for an appointment because I’m going to be out of town the week of the 18th. They were nice enough to get me in today Monday. What a wonderful staff Clean beautiful office wonderful beautiful people. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Norrington wonderful man kind gentle so considerate and loving the whole staff is just perfect if you need, any kind of specialty dental work It’s the place to go.
