I did some temp work for Dr West and it was outstanding. The way he educates his patients, putting things in terms they will understand. The entire office was very warm and welcoming. Both to myself and to their patients, which is always great to see. There are Dentist all over. So they are truly appreciate when a patient chooses them. I’d definitely be comfortable sitting in Dr West’s chair.

My experience with West Periodontics was truly phenomenal. From the moment I booked the appointment, the staff were friendly, patient, and thoughtful. When I walked in I immediately felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. West is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. He went out of his way to ensure I understood what was happening to my tooth. Furthermore, I needed a referral and the front desk staff secured me an appointment for later the same day. This practice truly cares about the patient and will do everything in their power to provide the best possible care.

I was very well taken care of by Dr. West and his staff. Dr. West is very personable and professional and put me very much at ease , which is no easy feat considering how anxious a person I can be. Everyone is the office was super friendly and did everything to make me feel comfortable and special. We even shared a few laughs! I honestly don't remember much of the procedure; the pain management aspect of the work was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. West and his practice. I feel fortunate to have been referred to him.

Dr. West has taken such good care of my son for the procedures he has had in this office. My son enjoys the fact that Dr. West lets him pick out what music he wants to listen to during visits. Front office staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful as well as accommodating when dealing with financial matters. I was a patient at this office before Dr. West took over the practice, and I will certainly return for any periodontal needs that may arise. Well done!

Dr. West and his staff provides the most pleasant environment and top notch service! Dr West is very knowledgeable, positive and thorough. He takes the time to explain and demonstrate every step in the process to include logging into the computer and showing diagrams when necessary. I’ve heard him speak of conferences and continuing training which gives a patient comfort in knowing that he is keeping up with latest research and technology. The staff is always pleasant and supportive from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Excellent experience!

I just started using Dr. Daniel West since he took over my last periodontist office which was a great place, and this is also. He is so upbeat and makes you feel so comfortable. Staff is great, Cindy the receptionist handles everything so smoothly and the wonderful girl that cleans you teeth is great. He has updated the place with new furniture, love the glasses you can put on when you are having your teeth cleaned and also tv there to take your mind off it. He seems like a great doctor and great atmosphere. Would recommend him highly. 5 stars to Dr. West.

It's always a pleasure to go to Dr. West and his staff. They are all friendly and engaging in person and on the phone. Dr. West is very down to earth and talks to me so I understand what he needs to do and why. On my last visit he and his assistant Terrence were even my backup singers on a Gladys Knight song while they were working on my mouth😂 Everyone there always makes me feel super comfortable.
