My husband just had recent surgery with Dr. Yaghoubian ( extremely professional and competent) at the Western CT Orthopedic Surgical Center and we could not have had a better experience. Our pre & post nurses Erin and Nicole, our OR nurse Catherine, the nurse anesthetist Isabel and Dr. Knauft our Anesthesiologists were AMAZING!!! The facility is modern and immaculate. The staff are friendly and patient centered.

The medical staff in the center was outstanding, from reception to OR, through recovery. Professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr Ganal did an excellent job, with great follow-up.

The billing department provided the worst experience I've ever had with any professional group in my life. The "business manager" Linda, would not respond to my repeated (6) requests for a call back regarding an invoice. Her assistant "Rudy Ann", was completely unhelpful, rude, and abrupt. She refused to put me through to her manager, and offered no help whatsoever with my question. It was a very disappointing end to an otherwise fine experience.

Just had my second surgery at this location and could not be happier. From start to finish I was well taken care of. My nurse (both times) was Christine. She was absolutely amazing, I have a serious needle phobia and she went out of her way to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The rest of the staff was also very attentive. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

A great facility in everyway. From scheduling to discharge the staff was wonderful. The building is spotless. Check in was done very quickly and easily.
The pre-op and after surgical nurses were excellent.
Dr Ganal was the surgeon and we are very pleased with his knowledge. I highly recommend going here if you need a surgery.

I am absolutely amazed by this surgical center. I had surgery by Dr. Digiovanni 2 days ago. He, and his staff, are caring, professional, knowledgeable and just super kind people.
The facility is absolutely immaculate. I used to work in a hospital OR/ER for 20 years. I can absolutely say, this surgical center puts the hospital to shame. I have never seen such sterility, even when working in the area hospital!
My intake nurse, Nicole and my post op nurse, Alyssa, were amazing! I don't have enough words to explain their kindness. Sadly, I don't know the names of my Anestesiologist or the nurse Anesthetist, but they were incredible! The whole team, from the front desk receptionist, surgeon, anesthesia, and circulating nurses are outstanding!
