I had double ankle surgery on October 11th 2024. Dr wiles and his staff has gone above and beyond to help me through this process. Everything was a smooth process from scheduling, operation, and post op appts. The communication has been fabulous as well. My right ankle is having trouble healing nothing of his doing it’s just my body being stubborn. Anytime I have concerns or worries they are very quick to get me in office to be seen either day of or next day of calling into the office. I cant express how much the staff and Dr. Wiles cares. They have always made me feel like I’m more than just a patient they truly care. Thank you Dr wiles and the staff for everything you guys have done and are still doing to get me healed through this journey! Would def recommend his office to anyone who is looking for a great Dr.

I am updating this from a 3 to 5 because Dr. Wiles really is very knowledgeable and a great doctor. He explained everything perfectly to my daughter and then to me after surgery. His office staff needs some professional training but you see a doctor for their knowledge and skills and not the scheduler. I highly recommend Dr. Wiles.

Dr. Wiles was great and we were very impressed with our visit with him. He explained the condition and options very well. He took the time to hear all of our concerns. His nurse is very understanding and polite. However, his surgical scheduling staff is absolutely horrible. They are rude and have no compassion or consideration for Dr. Wiles' patients. It should not take 3 weeks to schedule surgery and if it does they should be able to provide updates without attitude, even if that means weekly. They never answer the phone and never return a phone call. They do however send very hateful text messages. When Dr. Wiles responds to this and tries to blame my review on me then I will gladly post a picture of that text. Be prepared if you schedule with him you will have to deal with his office staff.

Front office and nursing staff are extremally unfriendly. Speaking to them make you feel as you are a bother or inconvenience.
Any calls regarding RX refills or surgery questions were a nightmare.
Experience with Dr. Wiles wasn't all that different. Any questions or concerns were dismissed and made me feel as he knew what was best for me regardless of my concerns. Bully like behavior. He gave me a hard time for asking him to fill out the disable parking placard form so I may park closer after surgery and recovery, making a sarcastic comment of it being useless because "everyone has one nowadays". Also, had to pay him in order to sign the form once I had already filled it out for him.
This office was recommended to me for my foot surgery, but I will not be recommending to anyone else.

Dr. Wiles was very gentle and kind. Treated bunion with pressure being placed on other toes causing abcesses. Staff friendly and helpful. Very pleased with results.

Took my grandmother to see Dr Wiles today, just want to say how wonderful they were. From a phone call before arriving to ask a few questions, to the friendless of the receptionist, all the way to the back to Dr Wiles and his wonderful wife. Easy to get too, nice office setting. I appreciate the patience they had with my grandmother and the advancement we are finally receiving with her foot. Thank you 🙂

What an Amazing Dr. My dad is elderly and was about to have to have his toe amputated from osteomyelitis,but Praise the Lord my sister called this Dr and he saw him immediately and he didn't have to have his toe amputated. He set him up on antibiotic IVs from Twelve Stones infusion center. Praise the Lord for Healing dad and God Bless Dr.Wiles and staff

Dr. Wiles and staff were extremely helpful with my older father during Covid isolation, as his assisted living did not allow podiatric care in the facility at that time. They coached me on how to care for my dad's feet/nails, what tools and techniques to use, until my father was able to come to the office again. They really went out of their way to provide a solution to a difficult problem

Back in February I went to a salon and somehow they cut my nail to where I got the deepest ingrown I’ve ever had. I have postponed seeing a doctor for the longest because I was so scared that whoever I’d see would take a huge chunk of my toenail. Dr. Wiles and his team were recommended to me and I am so thankful. You can’t even tell they took a piece out! They listened to my concerns, took care of me and now my toe is finally healing! They are wonderful people and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs to see a podiatrist!
