My visit was very good!! I really appreciate James because I was so nervous. He made me feel comfortable to talk. Then I seen Willie and he gave me some much information and help me understand everything.

This place is truly top notch for the place that it is. I cannot say anything bad about my stay there. Mrs sherry, Mr Spencer, Mrs Daphne , and Mr Keith are some of the best MHT staff in the whole building, as well as all the RN staff, they were extremely courteous and very understanding as well as very upbeat and truly tried to make everybody stay the best it could possibly be in the situation given. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone struggling or having issues. It was the best day in a place like this that I have had. Cannot recommend this place enough, and if I could give it more than five stars, I would.

I've been here a couple times and I wanted to give appreciation to Scott the tech, Linda the nurse and I believe the other tech is Danielle. Going thru tough times and going to a place like this is hard, but with the extra support from these three showed me during my stay, every time.. i would definitely recommend coming here for help. 💯

This place gave amazing help to me! I’m not perfectly fixed haha but they truly shaped my life in a positive way and I’m going to try my best to be the best version of myself, thanks to them! The staff was fantastic. The MHTs, Nurses, therapists, and psychiatrists truly cared about me. And I will forever be grateful for them changing my life in a positive way. (I hope they read this post one day and know I said thank you!)

I see Dr. Thakkar as my Doctor at Willowbrooke and I can’t say enough positive things about her! She is awesome in so many ways, kind, caring,compassionate and so much more. I also want to say that Tinesha, one of the Medical Assistants’, is so professional, courteous, caring and more than anything, she gets things done! If she says she’s on it, then she’s on it! Very prompt and always calls me back as soon as possible or answer’s her phone when I call her and I’m sure she’s the same way with other patients as well. She’s like a breath of fresh air and I wish there were more like her in her field. I would give ten stars to both of them if google would let me. It’s really refreshing when the people you trust with your mental health issues are so attentive to their patients’ needs. Thank you so much Dr. Thakkar and Tinesha!!

I can not say much that’s bad about this place. All of nursing staff, the techs, and the therapists are all very nice and kind. I didn’t like the food, or the fact that they kept your bathroom door locked, but it’s a clean place and the people really care about you. I only had one bad experience and it was taken care of immediately. I would definitely recommend going here if you’re in a crisis situation. Mrs. Daphnie, and Mrs.Sherry are amazing people!!! Thank y’all for taking care of me at time in my life I needed it the most. God bless you all for your kindness and compassion.

I was just here two weeks a few days before i developed really bad shaking in my hands. I told the Nurse Practitioner and she said it would get better added another medicine. When I got home my whole body started shaking and I couldn’t stop it at all. I never had a problem with tremors until y’all put me on all new medication. I done been to the hospital twice over this my body started shaking to were I was pouring in sweat. I will never want to go back here again only good thing I can say is the Techs are so amazing.

My child stayed here for seven days. After I left they kept in contact morning and night letting me know what was going on with my child. Also how her progress was getting better each day. I loved the family session I had there. I’m happy with our experience. She said she loved it there and felt better after discharged thank you Willowbrooke.
