Went for an ingrown toenail with my teenager. Super easy to make appointment online. Took new patients where others couldn’t see us till mid November. Dr.Jeffries was super nice and funny which is what my scared teenager needed. In and out in less than 25 min. Very nice stuff

I felt rushed through my appointments, there is no way to access the xray they took. My problem was completely misdiagnosed. I went here thinking its affiliated with yale. Its not.

Dr Jeffries is the man, not only did he take me in under short notice but I was in and out in 30min. He knows what he's doing...

I scheduled an appointment as a new patient. Arrived at 9:06 for a 9:30 appt & was told to wait in the car until told to come in. At 9:31 I went in but never got the text to come in. I stood at the window & was ignored while they had a meeting. At 9:50 I was finally able to give my name. I was told I needed to fill out forms which I had done online. At this point I was annoyed. My time is just as valuable as theirs. If this is how they treat new patients, I would hate to see how they treat regular patients. Will not return.

Unable to provide medical records upon request in a timely fashion for my second opinion after misdiagnosis. Very rude in handling medical records requests. I would never return to this facility.

Really awesome place. Easy to make an appointment and very accommodating to my work schedule when scheduling an appointment. Went back almost a year later for my ankle injury and every appointment since has been smooth. The surgery coordinator is also very nice and explains things carefully, gives options and really makes things understandable.

Had 2 appointments for my daughter to have a planters wart removed. Both appointments, people came in after me and I heard the time of their appointment but were brought in ahead of us. There was no communication that they couldn't get my prescription to the pharmacy and I had to run down to the office to get a substitution. The Dr was decent but the office staff seemed to have no organization or communication to work together. They were friendly to the patients they seemed to know by first name but apparently new patients were not worth it. I will not go back or recommend

As a new patient I went in for my appointment on Monday the 10th. Doctor came in and evaluated my feet and said he is going to prescribe me a medication to pick up at the pharmacy. Its been 3 days now and still has not been sent to the pharmacy. I contacted them and left several messages, last one being this morning and still no return call. Very disappointing. As a new Patient, You pay the co pay they charge the insurance company, you figure you would get better service or at least a simple call back explaining why the prescription the doctor tells you he is going to prescribe has not been prescribed. My first appointment with Yale Podiatry Group was also my last.
