She didn't give me time in the $190 consult - she left a few minutes in to "see other patients". I brought 2 kids in, so for $380 I felt robbed and taken advantage of. I didn't have time to ask any questions and her meeting was extremely brief. For the amount of money that a consult costs, I assumed I would get more than 20 min for TWO appointments. I assumed she would take a CT scan (3-d X-ray) since she's an airway orthodontist, but she didn't. I had pictures of my kids CT scans from several months prior showing tiny airways. I asked her to look at them and she said no. That there was no need because they hadn't been diagnosed with sleep apnea. For my son with a tiny airway she literally said do nothing. I am highly disappointed that I not only wasted my time (I drove 90 min), but I wasted my money. I ended up finding a much more caring airway orthodontist in St. Pete who took one look at my son's airway and said he needed to be treated right away. I reached out to the office many times via phone and email before resulting to leaving a review, but they won't get back to me.

Very friendly staff, warm atmosphere, and Dr. Lisa is so sweet. She takes the time to explain everything to you and takes time with you. Her PCC Raquel is very helpful and no pressure to everything right then. Her Receptionist was so helpful, patience and kind, sorry I didn't get her name when I came in out of the rain,so soak and wet. She didn't haste to get me something to dried off with and didn't rush me to get paperwork done. I would tell everyone if you need a great place to go for orthodontic treatment, go see Dr. Lisa.

I was referred to this practice by my dentist as my bite needs fixing...

As an adult I came with a lot of questions and the entire team was amazing, very patient and very thorough.

Dr. Yurkiewicz is very knowledgeable and very passionate about giving you the best option for your situation. She asked for some time to be able to really think over what would be best for me with my particular issue and I appreciated that she did not rush to a quick decision because my situation is complex.
