Been going here since a child now my son goes. I love it here but the reason I’m giving 3 stars is due to Dr.Kong and how she speaks to kids and parents. She is very rude and need to learn how to soften up !!! Dr. Sabrina is the best !! I love how she talks to the kids and how she makes sure you understand everything.

Doctor said the tubes put in my son’s ears were not dissolvable but were silver and were metal. She sent a referral to ENT to get them removed. ENT said “she does not know what she is talking about”

Doesn't listen at all every time we took a said child it was strep and we took them somewhere else and it wasn't strep at all and what was given from the other doctor we went to it helped out so we haven't been since

I would give 0 if it was an option. They allow racism and decided segregation of us and making us sit outside was the best response as well as dismissed my child as a patient when she was the victim! Worst pediatrician I have ever encountered!

I've been going to zoe pediatrics for 3 years since I moved to thomaston and have had no issues at all until they got a new staff for the front desk, my children have been dismissed as patients due to a missed appointment. Didn't matter to them that I explained my daughter just had surgery to remove her tonsils and was bleeding from the surgery site and had to be taken to the er. Didn't matter that I canceled my appointments through the automated text message zoe sends out, and for some reason their front desk is not connected to their own website so they can't see canceled appointments. I was told the CEO of zoe hears all of this and still decided to dismiss 4 of my children with no explanation other than 1 of them missed an appointment. If anyone read this far I would highly suggest you find a different pediatrician for you kids.

Extremely difficult to obtain blank HIPAA forms from this provider. They refuse to email blank HIPAA authorization forms. They want you to drive to their location or they want to mail you a blank form. Not very convenient for getting your child into a new school when you move away from their area. Staff was not helpful at all.

So we are looking at likely a couple of weeks to get the blank form by mail and to return the authorization form by mail (if they mail it today). Then we have to wait for someone to open the mail. Anyway we can reduce the time? Oh yea, how about emailing a blank form!!!!!
