I just wanted to share my experience with you about this amazing place. The staff is so family-friendly, caring, and kind. They have always been there to help my son and me whenever we needed them. Even if I am running late, they never cancel the appointment and make sure to test everything that I want them to test. It's been years now since I started coming here with my son, and I can honestly say that I have no complaints. They do such a great job, and I am grateful for all the help and support they have given us.

I've been to the Rochelle office many times. The staff is so friendly. They get you in and seen about. I see Sumer and she is wonderful! She always knows just what to do to get me feeling better.

Sumer Powell is THE BEST hands down! She always takes very good care of me and ALWAYS listens to my every concern. I never feel rushed or like just another patient. Highly recommended using her as your PCP or for any other needs!

My family has used this office for years and we love it. Jessica in registration is always so helpful! If you need anything after the visit she is great about helping. The nurses and doctors care about the patients and you are always in and out quickly too.

I recently visited the Care Connect in Rochelle. I was clean and the staff were very nice. I saw Lori Little and she is amazing. She finally got to the bottom of my problems. Highly recommend!

I was just at the Rochelle Care Connect a few week ago with the “crud. I saw Dr little and she took good care of me! Lexie Anderson was also extremely helpful! Love these guys!
