I can highly recommend Becky after I visited her for some back and shoulder paid I’d been experiencing. She took the time to understand the pain I was living with and put together a treatment plan that focused on massage, dry needling and pilates work. We dove into the root causes of my pain and worked to address the source of the discomfort directly. Becky set me up for success outside of our sessions with valuable exercises that I can do outside of our time together. After a handful of visits with Becky I feel like she’s got me on the road to living pain-free and I can’t thank her enough for it!

I can not say enough wonderful things about Becky. She is so patient, caring, and really listens to your needs. I went in to see her for my shoulder - I was originally told I had torn my rotator cuff, however, as we dug deeper she decided that I had just strained it. Which was a total relief! I had 4 sessions with her and she sometimes would spend 85 minutes with me which I really appreciated. She dry needled my shoulder each session and I always left feeling way better than when I came in.

Becky is has a lot of experience it was very apparent to me! She also did some visceral work since I have a lot of digestive issues. Needless to say, if you are in search of a PT Becky is so so sooo fantastic! I highly recommend her she is so beyond wonderful and knowledgable
