Several times I have had injuries over the years, and Humboldt Physical Therapy has helped me zero in on what the real structural issue is. This year I had a complex injury w broken bones and muscle /tendon/ligament damage. Perceptually, it is difficult to FEEL exercises properly while doing them. Doing them wrong can make things worse; the staff is excellent about avoiding those problems. I just did the exercises right and watched new strength happen. Now I'm back to hiking every day. Thanks so much!

I can't say enough good things about HPT and their staff! Mona Lisa, my PT, is amazing. The way she phrases things (Velcro shoulders, neanderthal squishy knees) insures that you remember to walk correctly and engage the right muscles before activity, and this aided the healing process because I actually remembered to do the exercises! I "graduated" from PT last week and the only downside is not getting visit with her on a regular basis.
