They over-treat for fillings. I had scans from them, and went to see 2 other dentists, and I emailed the scans to a trusted dentist who was giving me free advice, and they all agreed that this was over-treatment, and said:
> The teeth have what is called incipient decay. What that means is that the enamel shows some decalcification, which is reversible at this point. Good hygiene will do the trick.

I wouldn't have been able to tell by myself.

The service is otherwise great--friendly staff, great imaging technology, good front-desk service. But accurate diagnosis is the top priority when going to the dentist.

Jasper Dental Associates is a very good dental choice. I have been going to them for years and they really do a great job! Very friendly and organized.

If I could do lower score I would. Dr Edwards is unprofessional, arrogant, and intimidating. Had a root canal at endocrinologist in Woodstock ga. I was told my teeth would probably last me the rest of my life, but would need to have temporary fillings replaced at my reg. Dentist office. Dr Edwards was angry and refused to replace filings basically said endodontist should mind his own business. He would only agree to 2 crowns. He did not explain what a crown was. I had no idea he was going to file my 2 front teeth to toothpicks. I would never agreed. The assistant said sign here for consent. That is not informed consent. I now have bucked teethe,uneven bite, my teeth cut into my lowér lip, and my teeth hit my eye tooth when talking. I have PTSD since experience. If all you need is a cleaning you might be ok. If you need procedure run like hell. Not only was procedure painful , I am ztuck

I went to jasper dental associates 4 year's ago for a cracked tooth.The reason I'm posting now is because I just got back from my appointment from Aspen Dental Canton. Aspen Dental corrected the poor job J.D.A. did 4 year's ago. I was in pain so I went, I was living in Jasper at that time. I was made to feel not great. The guy dentist did a patch job and a crown that was sunken in my gums. No root canal. A very unpleasant experience. He scolded me for brushing to hard and his dental assistant for something, not sure. He seemed like a real a-hole. They charged my insurance for the one tooth, no root canal. And still charged me $560.00 out of pocket. Since then I have been walking around with an infection in that tooth. It's been a trigger for my Crohn's disease/ U.C.. Thanks to Aspen Dental I have had a very successful, smooth and painless root canal. With a great plan and awesome care. Today I have a beautiful crown. Today is the first time in 4 years that I can chew with that tooth. Thank You Aspen Dental...

I had my teeth removed and had implants done on the bottom teeth. They made my immediate dentures.
When they cam in .I noticed that the top teeth had a point on the right side that caused my top lip to poke out and with a bad over bite on that side.
I complained about the way they were made asking if they could remake them .
And I was told that they not permanent and in the year I could get my permanent teeth with my insurance would cover most of it.
Well not true I just went back this month of May 2024.
Seen a new dentist he looked at the top denture and said it wasn't made correctly and should have remade it.
The girl working said she remembered me complaining about the pointy front teeth.
She told dentist she tried to file it down but it didn't help at all.
Well they wanted to charge me $2800 dollars to make more.
And my insurance would not cover any of it at all.
like I was told at the time of complaining.
About how they were made.
So I'm screwed now with loose pointy top denture that rubs my top lip.
And is causing a sore in the roof od my mouth where it's not made correctly.
And they wouldn't do anything.
So don't use them for dentures are implants.
I'm telling you they are better dentist that do a much better job and a lot cheaper by a $1000 dollar difference.
I'm stuck with them .so don't get screwed like I did.
And my lower implants were not right either my teeth don't stay tight because the dentist only don't 2 implants and they are way to close together so the back of the teeth pop up when ypur eating and ypu have to use adhesive on the back so it wasted my money getting this work done there by them .
I'm a very disappointed customer.
And they charged me $150 dollars to put 2 caps in the lower denture that fits over the implant.
So so so expensive and not very good with implants or dentures. It's bet to use someone that has great reviews for this type of work to be done.

I've never been afraid to go to the dentist, but I have to say that I had a wonderful experience here! My hygienist was super personable and kind. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth without hurting me. The dentist answered all my questions, even ones I didn't know I would have, and may be feel comfortable every step of the way. I recommend anyone looking for a dentist to check these guys out!

I’ve been a patient of this practice for many years. I contacted them yesterday as I’ve broken a tooth and it’s causing me pain. I was told they couldn’t get me in for a week. The pain has worsened today and i reached out again for help. I was told no way to get me in to help me. So I’ve worked a 13 hour day today in misery and swelling in my jaw has begun. I contacted another dentist and they will get me in at 7 AM on Thursday to help me. When I messaged this office back the response I got back was No Worries! I don’t know what happened to this practice but I will have no worries when I make future appointments with another dentist. Quick tip you may think you have all the patients you need now l, but with service like this it won’t last long.
