If I could give this review negative stars, I would. Dr. Mansur had positive reviews so set up an appointment for her for my fiancé who has chronic issues with his feet. The first appointment was not great, but it was ok and Dr. Mansur prescribed 3 medications. Only 1 was covered by insurance, which was addressed in his follow-up appointment. In the follow-up appointment, the doctor DID NOT EVEN TOUCH my fiancé's feet! He asked that she remove the calluses from the bottom of his feet (as all other podiatrists have done in the past) and she refused and instead suggested that he get a pedicure. WHY would he pay to see a podiatrist JUST to be told to go get a pedicure Again, this is a chronic issue, so he has seen a number of other foot doctors and was trying to establish care in GA (we recently moved here). NO other podiatrist has allowed him to leave without removing the very painful spots from the bottom of his feet. I called the office back and spoke to the office manager "Shay." She was extremely unprofessional and lied and stated that my fiancé told Dr. Mansur that he did not want the spots removed. That was an outright lie. His feet were in a lot of pain and he was hoping for relief from the doctor. We are disputing the charge with the insurance company and will be cross-posting this review everywhere. AVOID at all costs if you actually want treatment for your issues. What foot doctor refuses to even touch your feet

As a nurse I'm very picky about any doctors I visit. Dr. Manzur was in my opinion one of the best and I would highly recommend her to anyone. As a matter of fact I recommended her to my husband and my son after visiting her one time.!
