I’ve called this office multiple times and not once have they ever answered my phone calls. I have many questions and I need them to be answered but these people seem to have something better to do than their own job please please please find somewhere else to go to these people do not care for you or what you have to say

Scheduling is horrific. You can never get someone on the phone or a call back for consultation or appointment modifications. I never got any appointment reminder or confirmation when the original appt was set so I have no clue what’s going on. May have to just drive to the office and schedule in person. Idk why they have phones.

I would highly recommend this practice!! I had a wisdom tooth that was hurting me for about 2 months and I could not find any surgeons to remove it, although it was an emergency because the tooth was chipped and had an infection. I called and was able to get a next day appointment! All the staff were friendly and willing to work with me. It was a little wait, but the staff made sure to keep me informed about what was going on and I received a consultation and extraction the same day. Thank you to all the lovely surgeons and staff!!! I can finally get some sleep and eat comfortably !!

Had an appointment here 3/29/2023 at 7:30 am. They informed me to expect to be here for at least 2 hours. My child went back at 7:30 on the dot and came out at 9:30 on the dot. Dr. Kim, Christian, and another nurse were so sweet to my child. This was a such a stress free visit and I thank them for taking such good care of my baby.

The doctor was wonderful. He get 5 stars. Took his time to explain everything thoroughly. On the other hand the young lady handling the insurance need training. I asked her about contacting me about my secondary insurance approval and she said they contact you three days before your appointment, but they knew as early as a week after submitting it. I simply said that much out of pocket, you need to call me to let me know ahead of my appointment so I can make sure I can pay it if it’s not approved. I watched her be discreet about everyone else’s insurance but mine. I guess with her attitude she hard to blurt out in front of a whole waiting room that I had Medicaid. At the same time she didn’t mention that I had MetLife also. I guess because if her attitude she wanted to try to embarrass me. She didn’t. She looked very unprofessional and if it wasn’t for the doctor I wouldn’t return. On top of the three day notice, they absolutely don’t answer the phone and will not call back if voicemail is left.

We were there for a consultation and it went well. The doctor was thorough with explaining what to expect at her next visit. The assistants were very reassuring and communicated to both me and my daughter in a manner that was easy for us to understand. Very pleased with the visit

Is this place even open? I was referred back in July and made an appointment for November 16th. I’ve called numerous times to get paper work ahead of time and I even went by there on Monday and it was closed?
It concerns me because if my son had issues with his surgery, how would I get in contact with someone?
Not a professional way to run a business.

**called at 6:45pm to confirm appointment the next day and to let me know a legal guardian has to be present to sign surgery paper work. NO ONE ever told me my child needed surgery! It was only for a consult!
It is sickening how your treated when you have government insurance.
