Probably one of my worst experiences. Wasted so much time, money, and got so much misinformation and guidance. Had an impacted canine and after pulling for a couple months by different people (some that knew what they were doing, others that didn’t) I was told it was stuck and couldn’t be moved. They stopped pulling at it and for months all I did was get colors changed on my bands before I stopped going waiting for a date for a surgery that I didn’t need. After my dentist told me to get a second opinion because she didn’t believe them, I had braces on my mouth for years with nothing being done. I didn’t go through with the surgery to get the tooth removed to wait for an implant, I started searching for another orthodontist and so glad that I did! In only six months of being at my new orthodontist, my tooth that I was told was stuck and needed to be removed is almost peaking through and ready to be bracketed. Thanks to their expertise, patience, and willingness to do the work. Ultimately, I think Orthodontic Care of Georgia either didn’t know what they were talking about, or just wanted to be done with the process faster instead of focusing on my well being. After everything, a letter was sent to me a few months after I stopped going to inform patients that we had to find another orthodontist because this location was getting shut down. Now looking back, maybe that was just a blessing in disguise. From my experience, I wouldn’t recommend. The staff were friendly, but I would take an establishment that has a core group of people that know what they’re doing, over smiling faces that would lead you astray.

Stonecrest Orthodontists worked magic in my daughter’s life. She had an underbite that was starting to affect her self esteem, but with consistent treatment and following their recommendations her smile is now magical! Great atmosphere, clean office and very fast! The staff is awesome & friendly and the Orthopedist is amazing! We’re so excited to be scheduled for her braces 😁 to be removed in the next visit. We’re so grateful!

I highly recommend this location. From the first call, the first visit, and Until now, they have been the best. Communication, professionalism, and most importantly, they treat you like family. Huge shout-out to the best orthodontist ever, the receiptionsit, and to Ms. Hope. Thank you all for all the good work you doing, I'm becoming a new person with my new braces.

I love this office!!!! Everyone is very nice and pleasant hands down. Today I met Tiara and she is very nice. All the ladies are AWSOME, and Great. I feel like they have been knowing me forever.

Love this location! Their are very understanding and helpful with all my needs when it comes to getting my teeth perfect how I would like them. Also, if I had to recommend a certain technician it would be Sundae and Hamid, because these two are awesome when it comes to doing their job with making sure you are comfortable.

Orthodontic Care of Georgia is awesome! I have never had a question or concern that wasn’t addressed. Everyone explains what they’re doing while they’re doing it(thank goodness).I feel super confident leaving my smile in their hands!! There’s many other locations but I refuse to ever step out on my Lithonia location 😂
